I personally don't know the answers to those questions being raised, but there is one thing for certain, the military feels there is enough probability for a rebellion that they have adopted a mock operational training exercise. One that uses a combination of offensive, defensive and stability support by the Army & Marines. And, their declared enemy in this report is both extremist militia members and the Tea Party.
Ok,here is what happened. The Obummer WH ordered the DOD to do a study on how to battle a revolution started by the Tea Party members and "other radical right- wing groups."
The DOD orders the Army and the USMC to write up possible responses to various types of situations,and then the DNC releases a report saying the Army and the Marine Corps are making plans to fight "right-wing terrorists".
What do you expect the Army and Marine Corps to do when the DOD orders them to write up olans,tell them "No!"
The DOD has plans on invading Iceland and New Zealand,too. That doesn't mean they are actually planning to do this.

That said, the rebellion types are fucked if they think they can take down this gov't.
Way to late for that.
All the fed has to do is stop social security/medicare payments and the fodder will quickly fall into line.
Failing that, shutting down the power grid for a couple of weeks will get the 'job done'...
Keep stockpiling your ammo oafs, it keeps a lot of folks working but will do little to foil the unmanned, armed drones from taking out your 'compounds' of insanity.
It is not easy reconstructing 'molded minds'...

Of my five relatives who are Tea Baggers-- one (female) is an oxycontin addict, another (female) weighs about 300 lbs with uncontrolled blood pressure, another (male) is crippled with arthritis. They range in age from 54 to 73 with an average age of 65. Of the five, only one knows how to shoot a gun.
Two were on SSI in their fifties.

Actually I have some relatives that are quite wealthy and prosperous. They don't happen to belong to the Tea Party. One was even appointed to serve on one of Ahnold's state commissions.
