BTW...all the fence boards I have ever purchased from Lowe's or Home Depot consists of chemically-treated stuff to discourage rot. Does this make this false advertising or clickbait?

You are correct...the lion's share of privacy fences built in Richmond, VA utilize pressure-treated, dog-eared, 6-foot, yellow pine 1x6 boards. Cedar fences exist, of course, but I'm not sure they are readily available at Lowe's and Home Depot. Definitely sure they don't carry cedar 2x4s and 4x4s for the structure.

Still, the dude provides value with his craftmanship more than the concept...MUD

Here in Ohio Lowes, Home Depot, and Menards carry Cedar wood. Menards is the only one that has 2x4's etc. They have the most and best wood.

That process of using the clips to hang the door frame before making final adjustments may come in handy, but that hint about making the door framing plumb instead of making the door fit an unplumbed opening is something I know I failed to do in the past...MUD
