All corner squares are double-counted, so when they add the almonds to the sides, they move one from the corner...just sayin'...lol!!

$100K/year, eh? Kinda cynical about that, but it would seem to be common practice for the regular angler...MUD

Very cool...back in the day, I used to spend my college summers and winters working for a company that refloored the naval ships moored in Norfolk and Portsmouth. I was a tile cutter and we had plenty of pipes, etc to cut around and we completed it using very similar techniques.

Beyond my capabilities...my masonry experience is limited to tuck pointing mortar joints on existing brick walls.

BTW...Happy Easter!! And may Pope Francis rest in peace...MUD

Awesome idea...done plenty of fences and the problem with pulling a string line is the tendency for the string to be inadvertently nudged upwards as you start making good time...MUD

Very clever work by this gentlemen, but I watched until the end, and that last dam pictured WAS NOT the same dam this dude was building...LOL!!

Regards...MUD

EDIT...I watched the end again...I might be incorrect.

LOL...that dude just went thru a workout. But I'm still not sure why the red-topped contraption worked at the end. Maybe a second viewing will clear up the mystery.

I figgered out the schtick, Stone...it's the half-toilet's design, which is not conducive to the traditional round plunger (see how it folds over ineffectually when applied). Not saying this guy's contraption won't work, but it ain't magic...MUD

I reckon some folks run out of stuff to spend their money on. It does look amazing, but I worry about the floor's durability, especially the exterior applications.
