CHECK THE PICTURE ANGLES!!!!!

Dexter, this is a pic of Mevlut Mert Altintas. He was a Turkish police officer (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??) who shot Andrei Karlov, the Russian ambassador to Turkey in the back in Ankara. Officer Mevlut Mert Altintas screamed "Allahu Akbar" during the attack and shouted: "You Russians destroyed Aleppo and Syria" befire he too was shot to death.
