Or Bologna. ------------------ There are multiple people who have issues with their "guts" or intestines. Mostly mild, but some issues are "vulnerable." People with food allergies, food sensitivities, Celiac Disease, Chrone's disease, and other GI disorders all have malabsorption syndrome or hyper absorption. When a bowel is irritated, or inflamed, or in a dis-ease state, digested food and whatever chemicals accompany them can seep into the bloodstream more easily since there are areas of the intestine that have lesions. Those chemicals are just like getting an injection. Zap...they are IN you! There are no proteins attached, and they are soluable. So, they go in. Other items you take, can be more difficult to absorb: minerals and nutrients. Those are larger molecules, protein and complex carbohydrates....and you have malabsorption. (Lack of or poor absorption.) Thus, eating chemically laden foods if your body is not 100% perfect will impact you in a NEGATIVE way. Even those with 100% perfect systems suffer. Just not as quickly. Organic foods may not be better nutritionally...but they are 1000x better because they don't have the toxic chemical burden that goes with them.
