Although "Mayday" May, 1st is a day to celebrate the international struggle for workers rights, it is also a day for anarchists to reveal the growing desire for the elimination of hierarchy with in just about every work establishment on the planet. Mayday although a day of celebration in America, is also a day of rage against capitalist social relations in many parts of the world. The monuments of greed as well as it's enforcers who exist ultimately to sustain business as usual will be put into the spotlight once again on a day of protest considered a "black eye" to the American government. The days of rage against capitalism in places such as Athens has yet to materialize it self with in the belly of the beast.
Capitalism won't live forever but that doesn't mean we can all sit back and wait for it to crumble. With a little bit of energy and some backbone we can bring about a new world through the beauty of our resistance. Until our fear of the state and every tentacle of the system holding us down has been severed, we must not rest. Wage slavery, war, incarceration, racism and the police repression that keeps the totality alive will fail even if it finds a way out of the mess it's in right now. Such a faith based casino gambling operation can be living fine at one moment and then crash when the uncertainty returns. Even if it recovers, it still fails by choice to meet every bodies basic needs and would rather continue the current exploitation of labor they like to call democracy. It is the duty of the people who are victimized by this system worldwide to kick it when it is down in order to bring about it's downfall. The day's of bowing to the illegitimate authority that protects the financial system every where must come to an end. Those who stubbornly insist on believing that obedience is going to get them some kind of reward are in for one hell of a heartbreak and that's where "the love story" ends. As anarchists we do not believe in settling for half-ass reform bills that only work to maintain the status qua. We believe in abolishing all slave systems and see no difference in wage slavery from chattel slavery. We seek to abolish slavery with out the approval of the state for we not only reject their authority but see their existence as the violent arm of global capitalism.
