Interestingly, in Biblical times and for many hundreds of years after, wages were paid to the worker IMMEDIATELY...THE SAME DAY AS WORK WAS DONE. There was nothing taken from those wages...as it was quid-pro-quo. Trade of labor (sweat of the brow) for money or food, or other agreed upon wage.
NO Tax was taken - ever in history FROM THE WAGES/sweat of the worker until the USA began to take "deductions" from the paycheck as a WAGE TAX...
supposedly to pay off the WWII war debt as a TEMPORARY tax.
That was paid off ages ago, and the deductions only increase.
TO TAKE WAGES EARNED as a tax, is ENSLAVEMENT!!!
