Seems in 80 minutes from the time of the incident to the 'first report' passed. Given the need to write, interview the four congressman allegedly subjected to this, the editing, and reviewing of all the video and audio there are only two possible conclusions. 1. It was a SET UP. 2. The reporter didn't follow anything close to journalism standards.
