2023 Hottest in over 120 Million Years (plague #4 -- Rev. 16:8-9)

Last Plague # 4 (men are scorched with heat) is accelerating at a much faster rate than any scientist predicted with their dated theories. (They failed to consider the God-factor). 2023 is said (by Scientific American) to be the hottest year in 125 million years.

In other words, the hottest year since the dinosaurs rumbled around at the (ice-free) poles, and almost half of the U.S. was under-water.

Debunking the Myth

There are some who say that 2023 being the hottest in 120+ million years is evidence that global warming is a naturally occurring cycle.

But they are wrong because there is a cause and effect for everything. The global warming occurring 120 to 125 million years ago, during the Cretacious period, was caused by massive outflows of lava and green- house gasses resulting from the movement of tectonic plates after the break-up of Pangea, the super- continent created on Day 3 of our Genesis.

Moreover, three of the four similar periods of global warming are also attributable to massive outflows of lava caused by the Earth’s tectonic plates moving around. The latest one, 56 to 60 million years ago, is mainly attributed to a lava-spewing fissure that appeared when Greenland separated from Europe. Plus, India was moving again, generating lava flows known as the Deccan Traps.

Another time when the poles warmed, 200 million years ago, a huge eruption of lava and greenhouse gasses occurred when the American continents first split off from the original supercontinent – creating the Atlantic Ocean.

Before that, 252 million years ago, a massive outflow of lava erupted from a fissure that developed in Siberia, called the Siberian flats, causing still another period of polar warming.28

But today there are no such lava flows, and the only possible cause is man-made global warming – methane from cows, another myth, not withstanding.

What is the cause of you being an idiot? Oh yes you have rejected the Bible and sided with liberals who push Globullshit warming theory.

Sorry, but this is the sort of Marxist bullshit you look for from CNN or PMSNBC.

That is the craziest statement from you yet.

You are the only one rejecting the Bible. Jesus predicted global warming and the other plagues we are now experiencing almost 2000 years ago.

The fulfillment of His prophesies is the ultimate proof that there is an all-knowing God -- who is a time-traveler of some sort.

By studying rock and sediment layers, scientists can go back in time billions of years. It has nothing to do with Marxism. That's crazy.

If we don't do something about global warming and soon, all of the Mississippi drainage basin will soon (within a hundred years or so) be underwater again, and the only inhabital zone will be at the poles. Is that what you want?

Well, my strategy of buying up land in the northern parts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Finland and Sweden is on pace.

The farmland to the South is thousands an acre. But you can buy the "useless" frozen prairies to the north, very marginal pastureland, for two dollars an acre. So, you amass the worthless land dirt cheap, and you just wait, and as the planet hots up, Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan turns into Nebraska, as Nebraska turns into Texas, and Texas turns into the Sahara.

And all you do is collect the ground rent forever.

Lake Superior shoreline - the future Miami Beach!

Take a longer view and profit in the centuries to come.

On the other hand, if science-deniers like you were to get their way, I will soon own ocean front property.

The irony is, Mr. Trump, the main science-denier, now has water front properties worth billions that will very soon (if he becomes President again) not be worth one penny because it will all be under water, including Mar-a-lago and the Trump Tower. He will be homeless. Now that is what I call poetic justice!

The New World order is the 24 Christian nations in NATO, as foretold by Jesus in the Revelation to John.

That includes us, the US Christians. When we unite as one, as Jesus often prayed for, and then bring an end to the 7 last plagues (and defeat Marxism, the Great Whore, then, and only then, a thousand years of Heaven on Earth can commence.

But "the Kingdom of God does not come with observation. It is within you."

Interesting question, considering all the various issues--AI, Illegal Immigration, the aging workforce, etc.--slated to impact the job market in the immediate future. My son went into Computer Sciences, my daughter chose the veterinary path. If your granddaughter is a people person, we will never have enough nurses, and there are a lot of scholarships for nursing schools. I hope that doesn't come off as sexist, because I might not have made that recommendation to your grandson...lol.

I also think there are trade schools out there teaching skills that will never go out of style, but I don't know how all these illegal invaders will depress the blue collar labor market. Whatever she does, I'd advise against going too deep in debt paying for some elite Ivy League school.

Good question, though...I will keep thinking on that...MUD

Well, nursing is an in demand and good paying occupation and my oldest daughter is a nurse.

But the granddaughter is going for business management and wants to open a bakery. (she is good at cooking, especially muffins and sweets, but I was hoping for a more lofty profession).

I think what the US needs right now is school counselers more than anything. I think she would be good at that. And for the first time in a long time, some of the local school districts, including hers, are hiring clergy. (And teaching intelligent design, irregardless of WHAT the Supreme court has said in the past because it wasn't working).

Not kidding. All the school counselers I know, with expensive degrees, have quit after one, or maybe 2 years of it. School bus drivers are quitting. Cant stand the completely undisciplined kids, most of them, and you cant punish them except to expel them and they know that and like being expelled.

Not even the school shooter has been punished.

Mudboy,

Here is my dilemma. I somehow got my self nominated to a book review committee for the children's section at the public library, nominated by the head librarian. But i was not chosen by the city council who stacked the committee with progressives and liberals. Their excuse was, I do not have any school-age children. I guess granddaughters don't count.

Anyhow, the library has now added a very controversial book called Granddad's Pride. I haven't read it yet -- I'm next in line -- but i'm supposed to read it and then write something about it. If you have a cartoon about that, little kids being told its OK to get a sex-change operation, etc, and that's not quite so political, that would be great (Some of my readers are democrats).

I am never one to discourage entrepreneurship...and doing something you enjoy enough to dedicate your life's work to is about as good of a self- motivator as you are likely to find. We had a nice bakery within a nice 5-6 block stroll of my house. I was a regular until Covid, and despite their best efforts and a faithful client base, they just never really recovered. However, up until then, I can see how a local bakery could build up a nice customer base, and make a nice living turning raw ingredients into finished products that taste like works of art...MUD

Running a bakery, and being enthused about what you do, might be a good ambition and even financially rewarding. But she is also good at counseling people which is what she is doing this week during spring break. She is a missionary from her Church, and giving college kids free rides to and from the beach from their motels, and counseling the kids to not drink (or drink moderately) and not commit adultery, etc. Cant wait to see how that is going.

Back when I was a Lyft driver, on New Years Eve, I used to give drunks a free ride home after a night of partying and drinking. Until one time when I picked up a younger couple and they started fighting in the back seat. I had to pull off the road and call the police. They ended up taking the girlfriend to jail, and I took the guy the rest of the way home. I stopped doing that because I don't want that to happen again. Didn't get paid for it either, and my granddaughter isn't getting paid either. But hopefully she is better at counseling drunks than I was.

Being a counselor is a hard job at any age, but she is increasingly demonstrating an ability to do that -- and local school districts are increasing resorting to hiring clergy-types because all the secular types are quitting.

Yeah, a bad thing. Had to purchase a used version which I'm going to add to big a bonfire when I go to get rid of it, and other books like it.

It's a "Little Bee" book that teaches little kids that "love is love is love" and that we are supposed to love transvestites and drag queens. (and I draw the line at little kids watching drag shows).

Your cartoon is perfect, even has the "Little Bee"

Who do I give credit to? I cant read the small print on the right, and I cant read the artist signature at the bottom with my bad eyes. Plus I'll probably need to crop it a bit if I were to put in my newsletter and dont want to loose any credits.

PS The local librarian who nominated me for the book review committee, a conservative black lady, has been fired and replaced with a more liberal (and white) woman.

Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen.
The essential feature of government is the enforcement of its decrees by beating, killing, and imprisoning.
Those who are asking for more government interference are asking ultimately for more compulsion and less freedom.
