But we may never know since the investigation neglected to study all the buildings affected. There is a pic I saw somewhere where the building is actually tipping over at the top. But for some strange reason it continues to go straight down instead of over to the side.

And to some extent, if I can slightly revise, the tops of the buildings actually did not fall straight down but toppled over commensurate with how they had been displaced.
