And here is "all" Israel being saved... 1. Salvation is always by belief in Jesus Christ. Always. No exceptions. 2. Salvation for "all Israel" will not happen until the last gentile is saved. 3. "All Israel" mentioned in Romans include the descendants of the 10 northern tribes that were taken into captivity. Only God knows who they are. The 144,00 of all the tribes are probably just the beginning of the revival that will take place during the intense persecutions by Lucifer in the 2nd half of the trib.
