WORLD WAR III Title: Biden suggests he has a path around Congress to get more aid to Ukraine and plans major speech Facing a likely roadblock from House Republicans on aid for Ukraine, President Joe Biden said Wednesday he’s planning to give a major speech on the issue and suggested there may be “another means” to provide support for Kyiv if Congress continues to balk. “I’m going to be announcing very shortly a major speech I’m going to make on this issue and why it’s critically important for the United States and our allies that we keep our commitment” to Ukraine, Biden told reporters after giving unrelated remarks at the White House. I hope that enough Democrats and Republicans support the arming of Ukraine, that bipartisan support in Congress will keep the funding going.
It is imperative that Ukraine - with the F-15s and ATACM missiles to be provided to them over the winter - win big in their Spring, Summer and Fall offensive next year.

" Vic 13, what Biden is saying is tyranny. It is contrary to the will of the people, and contrary to the US Constitution. That makes Biden a dictator. That is NOT what we are suppose to have. We have spent waaaaay too much in Ukraine, and with no accountability !!! Therefor, I have to disagree with you on this !! Si vis pacem, para bellum

To: Stoner (#3) We're going to go ahead and spend a fortune in Israel too.
But stopping Russia is much more in AMERICA'S fundamental interests than Israel is.
Biden talks a good unconstitutional game, but he's never managed to actually DO any of it. The approval for Ukraine and Israel will go through, because Democrats will link them, and most Republicans will agree, and the ones who don't will be outvoted.
We're not abandoning Ukraine OR Israel. Fact is, we learned in the 1930s that Isolationism as a strategy does not work. It just costs you more, and a lot of your own blood too, when the barbarians win the opening battles. Been there, done that, got Pearl Harbor and the German attack on our shipping to thank for it. Not doing that again.
We will stay in Ukraine and aid Israel, and Ukraine and Israel will win, in time. The Americans who disagree with either will be angry and sullen, but the majority of Americans support both, and that is democracy, as designed.
