I talked to Jim again. He needs us to pray for a more positive attitude. I hate to post this, but he started crying. He told me he loved me and I was also his family. He tried to joke about Schiff, but his heart wasn’t in it. He asked me to Thank everyone for the prayes and to let you know he loves all of you. He feels he has let everyone down. I asked why; he told me that FReepers have always supported him and he got sick and can’t be there for all of you. I told him he needs to get well and get his a$$ back to work. Not sure when he will get to come home because he needs around the clock care. He said he cannot raise his arms. I met them both 3-4 times at various DC FReeps, but they were always brief conversations and Jim's wife rarely had much to say at all. In fact, I didn't recall that Sheila was her name...thought it was Amy...smh. That said, Boris...the fact that Jim's wife passed last year may have a good bit to do with his health taking a turn for the worse. Those two always seemed like a matching pair that were always meant to be together. And while I will continue to pray for JimRob's rapid recovery, I also believe there is solace to be found in the realization that Jim's eventual passing will result in these two being together for eternity. Regards and thank you for the updates...been over 17 years since I lurked on FR.com and except for folks like you and Fred and goldilucky, I don't really keep in contact with any folks with active FReeper accounts. He has been in a wheelchair for quite awhile. It's so important to not stay in 1 position when you are bedridden or in a wheelchair.
