I have no fetishistic disorder about death that recurrently causes significant distress or functional impairment. For I have many times been through the Valley of the Shadow of Death – a phrase as translated into English in the King James Bible version of Psalm 23 – when flying at twice the speed of sound in an aircraft where we lost 25 percent of the force and I buried many close friends.
