A worker in DC filmed the military presence in the city early in the morning. He asks why would someone need to put up such barriers if he legitimately won the election? Note the fence they put up. The hardware faces the public streets. The razor wire is on the top, inside of the fence. That tells me that they are trying to keep people locked inside, not to keep the public from entering. Be careful when you go outside. Stay safe. In Anon terms, "It's habbening."
