It is clear at this early date that most Republicans have not developed a preference, with 42% not having an opinion or volunteering that they do not prefer any candidate. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin are most frequently mentioned, by 14% and 11%, respectively. Seven percent mention Arizona Sen. John McCain, the 2008 nominee. Newly elected Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown, former Arkansas Gov. and 2008 candidate Mike Huckabee, and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich are each mentioned by at least 3% of Republicans. I’ll see what I can do about posting a more current pic, if you really want one. Badeye posted on 2003-03-15 09:26:22 ET Reply Trace #3. To: war (#2) ROFLMAO...since it actually VERIFIES the poll data that's a counter point exactly how? It's a poll of people who would only vote for Palin or Romney. That's why it's not slanted. The only way a poll could be more legitimate would be for World Nut Daily or NewsMax to run it. The population of this country is 300 million.
160 million are retired.
That leaves 140 million to do the work.
There are 85 million in school.
Which leaves 55 million to do the work.
Of this, there are 35 million employed by the federal govt.
Leaving 20 million to do the work.
2.8 million are in the armed forces preoccupied with killing Osama Bin- Laden.
Which leaves 17.2 million to do the work.
Take from that total, the 15.8 million people who work for state and city Governments.
And that leaves 1.4 million to do the work.
At any given time there are 188,000 people in hospitals.
Leaving 1,212,000 to do the work.
Now, there are 1,211,998 people in prisons.
That leaves just two people to do the work.
You and me.
And there you are,
Sitting on your ass,
At your computer, reading jokes...
Nice... Real nice...

As long as folks are willing to give me money to assist them in whatever I'm capable of assisting them, I'm gonna keep accepting their cash. Lord knows I ain't gonna EVER see a penny of my Social Security bennies, so i better stayt gainfully-employed.
