Root Boy Slim was the first person to scale the White House wall, in the '70's when Jimmy Carter was prez, as recounted in this song. He was also thrown out of a Princeton fraternity by George W. Bush. Then Carter lost the election in '80. Donnell's gonna lose too, like Jimmiah & Poppy Bush.
