(Knuckle-dragging, drooling, anti-Israel golem!) Today the Supreme Court is hearing arguments about a law in Louisiana that requires abortion doctors to have admitting privileges to local hospitals. Pro-life proponents of the law, which is sponsored by Democratic Louisiana State Senator Katrina Jackson, argue this requirement protects women with emergency medical care in case of abortion complications. Pro-abortion advocates argue the law is simply a way to make it more difficult for women seeking abortions to obtain them from providers. More on Jackson from Fox News: As a pro-life Democrat, Louisiana State Sen. Katrina Jackson isn’t an anomaly in her home state, but she is in Washington, D.C. And she wants to change that. Jackson will be in the nation’s capital Wednesday, when the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on why her abortion clinic regulations – requiring that doctors who perform the procedure have admitting privileges at local hospitals – should pass constitutional muster. Her bill, she argued, should unify Democrats and Republicans behind a common interest in protecting women. “It’s really a pro-women’s health bill because I’m not going to ignore those women,” she told Fox News during an exclusive interview in January. “I’m not going to ignore their health care needs.” This is the first abortion case since new Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, both nominated by President Trump, were confirmed by the Senate. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer attended a Planned Parenthood rally outside of the Court this afternoon and openly threatened Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. Over what? It's unclear. Poster Comment: Thanks New Yarkansans' voters for giving us great senators who are destined for hell and will no doubt reflect on your chances for redemption as well! Chuck Schumer screams, for decades, that abortion is health care, yet he opposes requiring doctors who perform surgical removal of unborn children from inside their still pregnant mothers to have the authority to admit those same women to a hospital if there are complications from the procedure? Sounds to me like Chuck is more interested in killing babies than his is protecting women's access to health care. (I can't help but reflect on the apparent fact that there are only about six members of this forum. Why can't more members be recruited from FR?)

Yes, I would agree with you !!! But I am really sick & tired of seeing the commiecrats being above the law, and doing anything they want and getting away with it !!!!! And it has been in high gear since we went from " Lock her up " to " Hillary's good people and she has suffered enough " If there is actual statues that schmucky can be charge with, and put his ass in jail, DO IT !!!! At a minimum I would like to see him get the Harry Reid treatment, vigorously !!!
Thanks to the Democrat-Communist Party for pedestaling the gaggle of sodomists referred to by some as 'gays'. They lovingly talk about diversity and always mention the LGBTQ community. So far those who practice bestiality are left out in the cold, but their day will be coming soon. And then there's the pedophiles. but don't worry child rapers as you'll get your pedestal and admiring recognition as soon as the D-C Party is in complete charge of the burgeoning central government.
