International News Title: If your country’s neighbors attacked your country, how screwed is your country? As soon as I saw this question, I scrolled down and down hoping someone from my country would have answered but I don't think there's much Quorans from my country because it's a very tiny developing country. Tiny in a way that it's really tiny with only 38,394 km2 and with the approximate population of just 741,700 as of 2019. Now to speak about how screwed my country would be if neighbors attacked. We are as screwed as the screw screwed to the wood. We used to have Tibetans in the north but now, we have Chinese. To our south we have Indians. I don't think I should write the military status of India and China here because you will start updating me with your knowledge not because I don't know, but because you know more. However, you probably do not know much about my country's military strength now, do you? Infact we have more than You can clearly imagine how screwed we would be. P.s — There are also few tourists in the picture with monks. Yeah a lot of tourists from different countries visit my country. If you are interested to visit now, please do before our neighbor countries start attacking. Edit: We as a Bhutanese tell ourselves that if all the Chinese in the north altogether urinated, Bhutan will be washed away with massive floods. Ofcourse you could imagine that. #2. To: Tooconservative (#1) God, this is stupid. The author may lack a certain amount of elegance and eloquence, but he makes some good observations. The author is a sophomore in college in Bhutan so obviously English is not his first language. As much as we all dream about being as remarkably witty and wise as you with rhetoric that is so utterly articulate - alas, we can not be. ![]() Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen. #3. To: Deckard (#2) Bhutan (along with Tibet and Nepal) are miserable little states. Parasite countries in fact. Bhutan's royals live off Japan's royals. About 20 years ago, Bhutan decided to get rid of its southern population who they considered to be too "Nepalese". So they got rid of them with the army and took all their land and property. They also forced people to wear distinctive ethnic clothing. If that sounds a lot like what the Nazis did to the Jews, it should. So they forced over a hundred thousand of these Nepalese-ish people over the border where most ended up in refugee camps. And now, about 60,000 of them got refugee status and moved to the U.S. as refugees. At a cost of over $3 billion. I can't imagine why you find this article interesting. Were you previously unaware of Bhutan? It's a despicable little country which is quite typical in the region. It really isn't a country at all.
