Faked by the PTB or actual evidence of UFOs? I tend to believe that the pilots saw something not of this world or some sort of inter-dimensional craft.

IF this technique had been perfected by 2016, there's no doubt that the Deep State would have used Deep-Fake CGI transformations to further frame Trump.

Regarding "UFO" activity and any concession that they actually exists, like you, IMO such creatures/phenomena *do* indeed exist; And much like you I agree -- they exist as spiritual/demonic entities (which is why they are able to defy the physics of this realm.)
We are witnessing a Last Days clash of the Spiritual with the Physical. (Some might say it makes for "Interesting Times.")
So...many of us are to witness The Big Game/End Game of this World. It's hard NOT to notice that we have been getting groomed (via media/music videos/movies/TV shows/Junk Science) to accept not only "Alien" life, but Other-Worldly "ghosts" and demons with great powers. This is all setting up these "Aliens" (aka demons) to be feared and worshiped. As well as the appearance of Anti-Christ.
Related: I believe The PTB and Elites already are quite aware of these inter-dimensional creatures/entities; They also already know the actual shape of this earth, the secrets of the Antarctica, the inability to access deep space -- as well as our secret/hidden history, "Giants" and "Nephilim" told in Genesis 6.
Further connected: The CERN Project and purpose is all about tearing our way into (or out of) our realm/dimension and further helping allowing those demonic forces access. All of these is obviously almost impossible to wrap or collect head around any of it.

The History Channel for me personally is interesting for one reason: To stand back and admire the degree and extent of the deflection and myth-building AWAY from The Truth of any given matter.
Again IMO, the function of the History Channel like Discovery, like PBS, like ALL of these corporate-owned networks is to deflect, distract, and otherwise send truth-seekers on wild goose-chases onto the "wrong fork in the road," FAR from the epicenters of this world's unexplored/science-denied revelations.
To be honest, I can no longer watch these commercial propaganda/lie mills which are given carte blanche license to turn nothing-but-theory into absolute fact...I deeply despise this.
So...IF you watch the program tonight, it might be interesting to scrutinize how many unproven theories and ambiguity are woven and injected as "fact." They will of course present just enough "experts" and "science" into any given subject matter, giving the viewer stupendous "reveals" and theories that are just plausible enough to satisfy the curious.
First was when I was 5. We were playing outside. I looked up and saw a giant balloon...just like in the old oil paintings. It was huge, silent and totally controlled. It was made of multi-diamond shaped panels, and had a red/blue shark skin appearance. We ran into the house to tell Aunt R and she said it was a weather balloon. Years later, I saw pics of a real weather balloon and realized that it had to have been a UFO.
Latest sighting was interesting. About 3 yrs ago. I was out walking in my complex at about 3:30 am. As I neared my street, I saw a small balloon come out of my street headed North. I stopped and watched. It was made of some type material that had a red pearly appearance. It must have spotted me, because it made an abrupt turn to the NE. It passed thru a giant pine tree...which is impossible. It became some type of plasma, red and yellow in hue and roiling like some liquid fire as it passed thru the branches. It turned back into a pearly ball on the other side of the tree and rose in altitude as it moved off and went over the mountains. I was stunned. Again, no sound and perfectly controlled. I finally turned onto my street and there was a UFO saucer in the sky to the south.
As I looked, there were human forms looking out of the windows. They were silouettes as bright lights were on inside the saucer. I saw a woman as she turned to talk to a guy beside her. There was also a huge male who appeared to be wearing a business suit looking out of one window. The rest appeared to be normal variation in size. They seemed to be excited..perhaps watching that ball or spotting me? I would guess about 9 to 11 people inside. It simply disappeared from sight.
When I first moved here, I heard of a woman up the street that claimed to be an abductee. She moved out 15 years ago. I assumed that they were looking for her. Abductees I've met claim to be taken every two years. Surely they knew she had moved out long ago. Or were they looking for someone else?
As I was digging on Q, I wondered if they had been looking for me and did not recognize me because it was winter and I was in a ski suit with high scarf and hat. I had on 3 layers. I had worked non-stop for the Trump campaign. I worked online as well. Digging into UFOs, it was speculated that the Deep State had access to tech far beyond anything that we knew about. We knew what they were doing to people. I realized that the DS might have thought it a hoot to pick up a Trump supporter. That would have been me.
These definitely looked like human shapes, no ET or gray in sight. No Lizard people. :)
