I do not trust RT but it sure makes sense! What im really afraid of is that we are going to get a policy of anyone will do hiring!
You should trust Ben Swann
Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen. Well they're not about to reduce their hiring so they'll take whatever they can get. H1-B, etc, Dream Students, whatever. They could probably Draft some of the kids fresh out of college. Draft Registration is sill in effect, so they've got a list of potential victims for FBI slavery.
I trust them more when it comes to reporting US news than I do the Washington Post,NYT,ETC,ETC,ETC. Haven't read the RT in a while,but back when the Soviet Union died and Russia started to emerge again,they were about the only honest news source I could find on the internet. The Russia mob even whacked a couple of their reporters for reporting on organized crime in Russia,and AFAIK,they were the ONLY source to expose the Clinton/Tyson Food siphon into World Bank Funds for starving Russians the first year,and reported that Yeltsin was refusing to pay because up to 40 percent of the chicken was arriving rotten. They also reported THAT was why Bubba Bill showed up a week early for the World Bank talks in Russia. He met with Yeltsin and demanded he pay off Tyson and re-order,or he would lose all the world bank funding being ran through Goober Gore and NYC.
In the entire history of the world,the only nations that had to build walls to keep their own citizens from leaving were those with leftist governments.

The essential feature of government is the enforcement of its decrees by beating, killing, and imprisoning.
Those who are asking for more government interference are asking ultimately for more compulsion and less freedom.
