Out on the road, I've been thinking all day about starting a thread talkin' 'bout Amendments IX and X, but when I pulled up XI and figgered that was relevant as well.
IMHO, the whole Roe v. Wade debate is a smokescreen fer the RATZ/RINOZ...heck, most folks I know--Right or Left--don't like slicin' and dicin' third-trimester unborns, but the Left is using Abortion to keep Originalists off the Supreme Court!! Just look at the 9th and 10th Amendments...no way a fair-minded judge can make the argument that we are honoring these last two bulwarks from the Bill of Rights!!
This is a debate that we must now endeavor to have...Originalists should be the ONLY candidates fer nomination to the SCOTUS if Donald Trump is gonna honor his campaign promise to nominate candidates like Scalia and Thomas!! Heck, that's why many Trump voters cast their ballots as they did!!

How many of y'all even FReepin' know that we stood up fer the Constitution in demanding that US Senators disallow the UN- Constitutional Filibustering of Dubyuh's Judicial appointments last Thursday?! JimRob flew all the way from California to DeeCee to be there, and there were 30 F%^$in' FReepers there!! Yeah, they were the best of the FReepers (Kristinn, Angelwood, tgslTakoma, BillF, BufordP, Doctor Raoul, Congressman BillyBob, gunsareok, and YES, Clinton's a Liar), but gawldurnnit, can't we muster up more than 30 folks fer such a worthy event?!
This place could be sooo much more than it is, but it seems too many of y'all are content to sit on yer FReepin' butts and let history happen to you...to HELL with that, let's make history happen the way we figger it oughtta happen!! We can win this FReepin' Culture War, but we needn't be so quick to look fer a FReepin' compromise!! However, Star's reprimand to me this evening just pointed out why this place ain't where I need to be wastin' all my valuable time. FReeRepublic.com used to be a glorious place...hey JimRob, remember when Congressman Bob Barr told America that the Clinton Impeachment WOULDDA NEVER HAPPENED had it not been fer the noble efforts of FReepers?! But things have gradually changed...it became obvious to me when first Snow Bunny was unceremoniously OUSTED by a JUNTA of blood-thirsty GuildMembers. I hear Arne Fufkin was involved, but he's never fessed up to me about it. Even my good FRiend Howlin--reputedly a founding member of the Coven...LOL--was as disgusted as me by that pack of jackals...and y'all know who you are!!
But it got worse, it got personal...have y'all heard of my episode with ST.LOUIE1?! LOL...gimme a break!! See, after the blood-thirsty GuildMembers sliced and diced Snow Bunny and ran her off, they took over her whole concept of Daily Threads...Chrissie was all about building long-term relationships and the Daily threads do exactly that. I love the Canteen, the Foxhole, and the Daily Dose, but I'll never truly feel welcome at the FReeper's Finest on account of the stroy I'm about to tell you.
See, I usedta be good buddies with all the folks on the Finest...heck, I even had the distinct honor of having a Finest thread written about yers truly...LOL!! Until that fateful day I questioned the manhood of AG John Ashcroft...see, apparently, ST.LOUIE1 is a big buddy of John Ashcroft's (St. Louis, MO...MO Senator Ashcroft, you do the math), and when I began to question Ashcroft fer his lack of cajones, Ol' ST.LOUIE1 got hisself a burr under his saddle...LOL!! But instead of conFRonting me personally, he sicced the Admin MODS on me and demanded I cease and desist all negativity towards his butt- buddy, RINO John Ashcroft!!
I, OTOH, told ST.LOUIE1 to BITE ME!! Which he did, three times. Every time I posted a comment to ST.LOUIE1 regarding his RINO buttboy John Ashcroft, my posting privileges were unceremoniously discontinued fer ever-increasing amounts of time. Still, I posted my anti-Ashcroft screeds and took my punishment like a man...but I've questioned ST.LOUIE1's manhood ever since!!
Now, since we're questioning folks' manhood and everything, let me spill the beans about that rascal, Grampa Dave. Now there's a JUDAS fer ya!! I was never anything but civil, deferential, and respectful of that old man until the day I crossed him on this issue or that...LOL, I still have no idea what the issue was, but I printed it off and have it around the MudCave somewhere...but that meek old man came after me like I was personally gang-bangin' his ol' lady!! SHEEESH, he called me--oh, BTW, I remember the issue, Ol' Gramps said I wasn't supportive enuff of Dubyuh's candidacy sometime last August--the old fart called me a "Moby Troll" who was the worst kind of EVIL on account of me being so good at FReepin'...LOL!! BTW, Grampa Dave, you OLD FReepin' FART, anytime you wanna be a bastard to my face...BRING IT ON!! I got nothing moral against whuppin' some old fart's ARSE!!
