Weird Stuff/Unexplained Title: The Wisdom and silliness of Mudboy Slim..! Stupidity too! Bet this gets more bumps than his vanity threads. (Editors Note) This thread was formerly called Mudbutt sucks the big one thread. I changed the title. Now you can debate if it is wisdom or unwisdom. Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest Begin Trace Mode for Comment # 415. Can't we all just get along?
#14. To: Happy Quanzaa (#8) "Can't we all just get along?" Sure, my friend, I've got no beef with you...MUD
#15. To: Mudboy Slim (#14) Did he offer you a cut rate one way flight on Jet Blue to NYC yet, mud? ROTFLMAO
#17. To: Badeye, war (#15) Hmmm...this could git interestin'.....
#20. To: Mudboy Slim (#17) No, its the same pathetic shit he's been offering up for a decade now, Mud. Even the lies are the same.
#28. To: Badeye (#20) Stop the clock... All of you who had less than 24 hours have won... Anyone of consequence has long moved on from you. Hell...anyone advanced beyond the age of 12 has moved on from you. So that leaves Whitey and Nudge as your only two groupies here. You cannot let the past go. You cannot let being bested by me time after time after time go. And now, here you are in almost the same pathetic internet existence in which you've always dwelled and when you get around to the inevitable whining about being unfairly banned from LP then you'll be 100% back up to speed. How sad you were...how sad you are...how sad you will always be. And with that...on bozo you go. (grin)
#44. To: war (#28) >>...and when you get around to the inevitable whining about being unfairly banned from LP then you'll be 100% back up to speed. I missed where he's mentioned his fat income and big hummer. Then he'll be up to speed.
#46. To: Fred Mertz (#44) I missed where he's mentioned his fat income and big hummer. Then he'll be up to speed. (laughing)
#50. To: war (#46) And I bought a H3, everybody is downsizing these days ya know...(chuckle) I guess it really is him. (grin)
#51. To: Fred Mertz (#50) He melted down in less than a dozen posts...it's "him"...
#85. To: war (#51) "He melted down..." BWAHAHAHA!! What color is the sky in that delusionary BizarroWorld you obviously inhabit, Lefty? Please show me the post wherein Badeye allegedly "melted down"...what? You can't? You won't? You know why?
'BECUZ YER A FRIGGIN' LIAR...and you always have been!! You have no Forum cred anywhere you post...NONE!!
Yer pathetic, war...and EVERYBODY knows it...MUD
#89. To: Mudboy Slim (#85) Gee, Nudge...with you being so objective and all...maybe I should reconsider? [snicker]
#91. To: war (#89) "...with you being so objective and all...maybe I should reconsider?" It really doesn't matter what you do, war...with yer Grima Wormtongue LIES exposed fer all to see, you are irrelevant. Yer greatest skill is as a disruptor...I gotta give you credit, you set the bar High fer RAT-TROLLS accross the net. But Goldi-lox is beginning to see you for who you really are...and LibertyPost will benefit greatly from yer absence.
I'm sure you'll try and sneak back using a new Screen Name, but yer tactics and insincerety are easy to spot and yer efforts to disrupt shall come up short yet again.
Nice try, though...you were successful in sowing more than yer fair share of discord.
Moby would be proud of you...you've been a good RAT-TROLL...MUD
#279. To: Mudboy Slim (#91) Yo dickweed...I don't post at LP anymore Asshole...
#281. To: war (#279) I think Mudbot has been particularly antagonistic towards me on other boards because of this thread. Bump!
#283. To: Fred Mertz (#281) (Edited)
This bute was all mine...once...
#284. To: war (#283) Your memory is better than mine, but it does look vaguely familiar.
#285. To: Fred Mertz (#284) I had a real bow and arrow but I was always a cowboy when we did the C/I thing...we played army mostly...we would sometimes hike to what we called "the frog pond" to get crayfish and along the way we'd play a roving kind of hide and seek and sometimes, because of the surroundings, it turned into cowboys and Indians...in the winter we ALWAYS played battle of the bulge and the cinder trucks were Tagger [that's Pittsburghese for "Tiger"] tanks which we would pelt with snowballs...
#286. To: war (#285) We'd play army too and take roles from that Combat series on TV. I think I was often the lieutenant...my other friend played the Vic Morrow sergeant character...Sergeant Saunders?...it was fun.
#288. To: Fred Mertz (#286) (Edited) 29 cents...those were the good old days. I think you need a quarter for those gumball machines these days. Some of my earliest childhood memories from the 60's center around going to the A&P on Saturday mornings and finding various forms of entertainment and mischief to enage in as my parents socialized as they grocery shopped...I'd watch the butcher and the deli slicer...there was a small bakery that I'd watch them ice cakes but the best was always at the end when I would get a penny for the gumball machine...you'd put that piece of dull copper in the slot, turn the crank [which at that age required STRENGTH] and BAM three gumballs...on this day, tho, I only got ONE gumball!!! "What the FUCK?!?", I thought [or the 3 going on 4 year old equivalent of it anyway]...I told my Dad and he shrugged it off but i guess the manager overheard me and he said that "rising prices" forced them to make the gumballs a penny a piece...I had NO IDEA what "rising prices" meant other than ONLY ONE GUMBALL PER PENNY FROM NOW ON...
#289. To: war (#288) Life's never been the same since five-for-a-penny candy.
#290. To: Biff Tannen (#289) I remember 2 for a penny...and pretzel sticks 2 for 5 cents...
#292. To: war (#290) I remember spearmint leaves, but I'm not sure how many you got for a penny. Also a big hit were licorice babies, but in those days we called them by a name padlock would love.
#293. To: Biff Tannen (#292) I lost a filling in a spearmint leaf once...and we called those Tar Babies...couldn't do that now. There were also pumpkin seeds that, I think, had an Indian name...then there was Goldbergs which we called Jew Candy...I had no idea what a Jew was other than Moses was one and that they celebrated Passover because that's what Jesus was trying to celebrate when he was killed. We're assuming I'm about 4-7 years old when I was eating this stuff...I grew up in crafton PA which may as well have been Mayberry...
#295. To: war (#293) We called them nigger babies. If someone had asked me what a nigger was I wouldn't have known.
#297. To: Biff Tannen (#295) We called them nigger babies. I learned that word early...VA Tidewater relatives...they called Brazil nuts "Nigger Toes"...and it was funny to me to listen to them rail out against "niggers" as being the source of all their ills but then watch them be friendly to them... I guess i learned "hypocrisy" early too...
#298. To: war (#297) lol
#299. To: Biff Tannen, Fred Mertz (#298) 299
#300. To: war (#299) Three hundred!
#301. To: Fred Mertz (#300) Nudge better start some self bumping!!!!
#302. To: war (#301) What a great title this thread has.
#303. To: Biff Tannen (#302) (Edited) Dude...sometimes the material rights itself...
#315. To: war (#303) Wow! How did Biff Tannen manage to get his screen name changed in retro fashion?
#317. To: Fred Mertz (#315) Happy Friday, Freddy...
#318. To: war (#317) Mudbot claims to be a few hours away from Nashville and the tea bagger convention. Maybe he'll put another song parody together...UGGGHHH!!!
#319. To: Fred Mertz (#318) Maybe he'll put another song parody together...UGGGHHH!!! Six Gays On The Road And He's A Gonna Get Blown Tonight, maybe?
#320. To: Mudboy Slim (#319) How are things going in Nashville?
#321. To: Fred Mertz (#320)
#323. To: war (#321) Seton Hall 58 I see the Panthers won big tonight.
#324. To: Fred Mertz (#323) Bout fucking time...go SAINTS!!!
#325. To: war (#324) I don't have a horse in this race. I expect the Colts to win but it won't bother me one bit if the Ain'ts pull the upset.
#326. To: Mudboy Slim (#325) How did your tea bagger thingy go? Did Sarah sign your book?
#327. To: Fred Mertz (#326) 10-1 says that after the first tea bag he was in love...
#328. To: war, Mudboy Slim (#327) I'm still waiting for his after action report.
#329. To: Fred Mertz (#328) (Edited) Look for the steaming pile...it should be there shortly...
#331. To: war, Mudboy Slim (#329) What are the odds on whether he got his book signed by Saint Sarah?
#332. To: Fred Mertz (#331) p8 to 1....
#338. To: war (#332) Lets [sic] not confuse the stockmarket [sic] with the economy, okay? There, fixed it.
#339. To: Fred Mertz (#338) My anti groupie hasn't been able to get through a day lately without me. (chuckle)
#340. To: Badeye (#339) Did you get much of this latest snow? We've got about 5 or 6 inches so far.
#343. To: Fred Mertz (#340) (Edited) We're supposed to get a foot...I'll believe it when I see it... I've promised my son that if we get a snow I'll take the hose to the backyard and freeze it so he can skate on it...I've been lucky thus far that I haven;t had to do it...
#350. To: war (#343) We're supposed to get a foot...I'll believe it when I see it... Same here.
#353. To: Bartcoprules (#350) Lake effect nailed Pittsburgh last weekend...they were xpecting 8-12 and got 24...
#355. To: war (#353) #44. To: Goldi-Lox (#42) I had a post up by Glenn Greenwald from Salon and now it has been taken down. It was about Palin wearing the flag of a foreign country. Was there a reason that post was taken down?? WarrenTear posted on 2010-02-09 13:33:50 ET
Maybe cabin fever is riling up the natives.
#360. To: Fred Mertz (#355) Uh-oh. Nurse Ratched doesn't like it when the patients talk back.
#361. To: Bartcoprules (#360) Nebuchadnezzar is using his 5 post limit for maximum 'talk back' effect. Both he and WarrenTear are likely to be banned IMO. They are not on the Palin train, so to say.
#363. To: Fred Mertz (#361) I really haven;t paid attention to the site other than to cull some of the Whine Eyed Blunders more infamous quotes...but I do encourage packass the perv to register here...
#364. To: war (#363) I didn't really follow packbutt much over there until recently. He likes to ping Goldi a lot I've noticed.
#365. To: Fred Mertz (#364) (Edited) Yea...it would be hard to get him away from the safety of her bosom...he went on Whine Eyed Blunder's site over the Summer and couldn't hack it and when he complained he found out that he was complaining about a moderator.
#366. To: war (#365) Well, I'm going to see if my compact rice burner (assembled in America) can make the short trip down my gravel road to the passable one. I need to top it off and get out of this house. Later 'gator.
#367. To: Fred Mertz (#366) Be careful out there...
#368. To: war (#367) Hill Street Blues Have you ever seen it? D'oh!
#369. To: Fred Mertz (#368) (Edited) One Eyed Blunder was a consultant...back in his Police Academy days...it's where he got his inspiration for his Jim Rockford Home Study Course...
#370. To: war (#369) I lived in Pittsburgh during the glory days of HSB...it was must see TV.
#371. To: Fred Mertz (#370) It jumped the shark for me after Esterhaus died with his boots on...
#372. To: war (#371) I'm surprised it doesn't have reruns showing on some channel these days. I'm loving Bonanza at 4 p.m. during the week. When I was a kid I think it came on too late for me. Gunsmoke is another one I've grown to love in my adult years. Marshall Dillon is still alive and kicking and selling stuff online. I just learned that Pernell Roberts died a few weeks ago at the ripe age of 81.
#373. To: Fred Mertz (#372) (Edited) Some station had The Big Valley on for a while...BIG FAN of that one...when I was a kid, Cheyenne used to come on @ 7AM and I would get up and watch it. They moved it to 5PM and I was able to sleep longer.
#374. To: war (#373) www.libertypost.org/cgi-b....cgi?ArtNum=283462&Disp=0 I'd start a new thread about this, but I'm too nice a guy for that.
#375. To: Fred Mertz (#374) (Edited) Palin is going to win the presidency because there is a political newsgroup with a couple of dozen active posters spamming it with pro Palin articles? Hoo kay...
#383. To: war (#375) I'm running late for lunch. Good job on picking the Saints.
#384. To: Fred Mertz, Abu el banat (#383) (Edited) You should be banned for being such a fucking retard. Nudbe i9s getting nervous that his vanity thread is being caught up to...
#387. To: war (#384) You were correct!
#3530. To: meguro (#3529) Heh heh heh...I'll git that book of hers signed eventually...MUD Mudboy Slim posted on 2010-02-10 13:13:51 ET libertysflame.com/cgi-bin...t.cgi?an=5750&cn=384&ac=R
#388. To: Mudboy Slim (#387) How was the tea bagger convention, Mudbot?
#390. To: Fred Mertz (#388) Thinking about sushi for lunch...you?
#391. To: war (#390) I might go for a thick club sandwich. I better get moving soon.
#392. To: Fred Mertz (#391) Sounds good...on toasted rye?
#393. To: war (#392) (Edited) I'll see if they have that. After all, this is Kentucky...everything fried and gravy added.
#394. To: Fred Mertz (#393) (Edited) Worst gravy I ever had was made with bacon grease...but for some reason I couldn't get enough of it...that was in Viginia tho...
#395. To: mininggold (#394) I can't believe how easily Malador got under his skin on a site with the Bozo feature. Malador must have really had his number. Badeye is very thin skinned about those who do not deign to kiss his ass...you should see the exchange that he and I had on FReepmail when I got JR to bitch slap badeye over his libel of me in his profile...talk about a whining bitch...
#396. To: war (#395) Dude, I just finished watching a great basketball game. Pitt beat W. VA in triple overtime.
#397. To: Fred Mertz (#396) I read about it...I watched my Pens fall in OT...
#398. To: war (#397) Sorry about your luck. I was cheering for the Panthers too.
#399. To: Fred Mertz (#398) I just cannot get excited about hoops...I watch maybe three games a year and all in March...I hate watching a game in which the first 57 minutes go by in 58 minutes and the last three take an hour... 399
#400. To: war (#399) I live in basketball country...not much else to do here, so in order to stay current with the local culture I tune in. Everyone is either a Big East - Louisville or SEC - Kentucky fan. Four hundred!
#401. To: Fred Mertz (#400) He's sucking a bigger one more and more each day...and these ones count because it's an actual conversation... When I was a first year sophomore in college [77/78] I did a brief teaching module in Lebanon, PA and Sam Bowie was one of my students...
#402. To: war (#401) Was he a good student?
#403. To: Fred Mertz (#402) He was tall...
#404. To: war (#403) Shy bookkeeper Henry Limpet loves fish with a passion. Rejected by the U.S. Navy and feeling downcast, he falls off a pier into the waters near Coney Island and finds he has turned into a fish. Since he never resurfaces, his wife and friends assume he has drowned. I used to go to Coney Island a number of times in my youth. My grandparents lived near Sheepshead Bay and we'd somehow make our way to Coney Island when visiting. I rode the Cyclone back when it was famous. Is that World's Fair (19??) parachute ride still standing? I don't remember ever riding it, I may have been too young or it may have been too expensive.
#405. To: Fred Mertz (#404) (Edited) It is still standing. It was an eyesore for years and they were going to take it down but Trump stepped in and fixed it and painted it. Well I guess that Trump did not step in...here's the Wiki entry on it...
#407. To: war (#405) (Edited) Thanks for the Wiki link...I just perused it. 1939 World's Fair...somewhere I have a 1939 key ring that either my granny or grandpa gave me knowing that I was a young packrat and would hold on to it. Hey, I just found it! It's nothing fancy and I still have keys on it.
#408. To: Fred Mertz (#407) I just found something old too...maybe me talking about my Uncle Punk brought some good karma out... When we moved Mom up to Michigan back in 2001, she gave me her mother's silver which I brought up here and then promptly "lost". It just turned up this AM. Uncle Punk was Grandma's baby brother...
#411. To: war (#408) Live odds on the Derby Future Wager: www.kentuckyderby.com/future-wager/odds About seven of the horses on the list are running this weekend. I think I'll run my money up to the track on Sunday. I think I'll blow off All Others and go for luck and value on about 3 or 4 of them.
#413. To: Fred Mertz (#411) Well...was I as fucking wrong as wrong can be...he sold all the sets [there were 20 he said] to one guy and got about $300 bucks [he thinks] and the card I thought he had he didn't....
#415. To: war (#413) (Edited)
I think these are the final odds from the link I posted above. $2 gets $110, $20 gets $1,100 ... and so forth. I like your trainer, Michael Maker.
