SUBJECT: The Attorney General's 49th Annual Awards
THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT
a. Description. The Attorney General's Award for Excellence in Law Enforcement is designed to recognize outstanding professional achievement by a law enforcement officer of the Department of Justice. Normally there will be one to two awards granted annually.
b. Definition. The term "law enforcement officer" means an employee whose primary duties are the investigation, apprehension, or detention of individuals suspected or convicted of offenses against the criminal laws of the United States.
c. Criteria. All law enforcement officers employed by the Department of Justice are eligible. A nominee must have demonstrated unusual courage or outstanding accomplishments in the field of law enforcement. Nominations may be submitted by heads of Department components for employees of other Department organizations if they have sufficient knowledge of the employee's performance. However, these nominations must also bear the endorsement of the employee's bureau head in order to be considered for the award.
AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT
Special Agent Bradley J. Garrett and Supervisory Special Agent Scott G. Jessee are honored for their exceptional efforts in the four-year international manhunt for Mir Aimal Kansi, the man responsible for killing two and wounding three other Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employees at the entrance to the CIA Headquarters on January 25, 1993. As the FBI's primary presence in Pakistan, Mr. Jessee negotiated the eventual delivery of Kansi where he could be apprehended by American agents. Mr. Garrett led the FBI arrest team, which apprehended Kansi within Pakistan on June 15, 1997. Their outstanding leadership and dedication to this investigation led to Kansi's conviction for capital murder and a sentence of death by the presiding judge.

Special Agent Bradley J. Garrett, recently named lead investigator into the Chandra Levy "case," was also a lead investigator in the Vincent Foster "suicide" and also a lead investigator in the Mary Caitlin Mahoney/Starbucks triple-homicide.

now the lead Condit/Levy investigator, there'll be very little doubt left as to a cover-up):
Mark R. Garrett, Member Governor Gray Davis appointed Mark Garrett of Merced to The Reclamation Board on March 21, 2001.
Mr. Garrett is a licensed real estate broker and Managing Partner of a private investment company that owns and operates independent business and real estate ventures in California. He acts as an investor and consultant in a variety of real estate developments in the San Joaquin Valley.
Mr. Garrett served in the House of Representatives in Washington, DC, as an Administrative Assistant to Congressman Gary Condit from 1989 to 1991. From 1977 to 1989, he held a number of senior-level positions on the staff of Congressman Tony Coelho, both in Washington and in California. During his tenure, Mr. Garrett worked closely with many groups and organizations in the area of agriculture, water, and environmental issues.
He represented California at the American-Swiss Foundation's Leadership Conference in Switzerland and continues his involvement with those organizations. He was named as an Outstanding Young Man of America by the United States Jaycees. He currently serves as a member of the Pastoral Council of St. Patrick's/Our Lady of Mercy Church. Mr. Garrett was appointed and is a past member of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Merced and also is a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of California, Merced. He is a former member of the United Way Board of Directors and has served on various business and community organizations.
Mr. Garrett was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration by California State University, Fresno.

in our values system,
fulfilling their mission
Look what they’ve done to our nation
taking over our schools,
they are an aberration,
turning out non-thinking fools
That’s why the Clintons walk free,
also Terry Mac, Reno and Kennedy,
they’re all involved in serious crimes,
yet not one is doing time
The majority have been put to sleep,
having been molded into sheep,
except for us who speak out loud,
refusing to go along with the crowd

will these criminals be sent to jail?
