You're a very unhappy fuck because you see the country going to hell all around you, because not one of your "sacred principles" governs the place. Rather, the laws and the structures of society look a whole lot more like the basically compassionate things that I say. Most people are like me, as far as giving a shit about what happens to other people. There are people like you. They collect on cranky chat boards and rage at the moon. And that's all you will ever do: rage at the moon about how everything has gone to shit in a country you don't control, and never will, because all of us folks don't let people like you win and set the rules. The one thing you will do is pay your damned taxes so that we can get on with what has to be done. Your way is nasty, and we're not going to do it your way. We've had your input, we disagree, you lose, but you're still going to pay, what we, not you, decide you're going to pay, and we're going to use your money to do what we, not you, think is necessary. And you're going to rage about it until the day you die. And nobody cares. Except that it puts a smile on my face to know how much you hate it, how much you feel that you are being ROBBED every time you pay 30% of your income over to support programs that I believe in and you hate. But you WILL PAY, or officers owill come and shoot your sorry ass or put you in a cage. So in the end you can spit at me all you like, and hate what I believe in, bur you will SUBMIT to the laws of the land, that I agree with about 95% and have my own little hand in helping prop up - both defending them overseas back then, and supporting them and carrying them out today, but that you despise. Yu will sit in front of your keyboard and rage about it, and try to troll people like me on the Internet, but you will obey me in the most important way possible: by forking over a substantial portion of your wealth every year, and in every transaction, to uphold and strengthen the imposition of my moral values upon you.
