Presidents Trump and Putin have just concluded a press conference where although there remained some serious points of contention -- specifically, Iran -- both leaders agreed that their summit was a great start to restoring good relations between the US and Russia. The neocons -- on both the Left and Right -- are furious. Former CIA chief John Brennan called the meeting "treason." What are we to make of the meeting? Wasn't North Korea a "point of contention" too? What's the next Big Victory that'll be handed to Comrade Son-In-Law (D)onald by the Central Party... courtesy one of their puppets? The Great (D)onaldo, is the right swing of the dialectic CRISIS preceding normalization. Or just MAYBE Putin's alleged ideological affinity with Solzhenitsyn is legitimate. What sort of canoe would THAT put the BolshNEOcon's in without a paddle? 200. Years. Together.
