Not much was said but I did finally find documentation on it. I guess its less data compared to standard internet? It had functions to center everything and make the stuff look good on a tablet or phone. You just click on the device that will be browsing and tweak the screen to look right. For example if you go to drudge now on a mobile device. It goes straight down instead of 3 columns like the pc version.
