What an awesome way to tell this story.

I'd recently read some of the critics' reaction to Mel Gibson's 'The Passion'. Most claimed the primary reason the hate the film was its level of violence. But what they DIDN'T concede was that the level of violence upon Jesus Christ was NOT gratuitous (as in so many films these same critics LOVED.) The degree of violence and torture of Jesus Christ was UNDER-PLAYED if anything.

You notice how much more elaborate the staging and artwork is, compared to other Jack Chick tracts. He put a lot of work into this one.

Pope Bergoglio's Easter Week statement in which he denies the existence of Hell, the concept of Redemption, and of Eternal Justice sends a clear message to RCC and those who still take the "Vicar of Christ's" words literally (as THE word of God himself.) HOW WILL RCCs REACT?

It's Easter Week. This Pope is making mockery and reason of and for Jesus Christ; HIS sacrifice. His Resurrection. The concept of Salvation. Denying Heaven and Hell as real destinations in the Hereafter. This Pope purposely undermines the ENTIRE Bible and Word of God.

This is heartbreaking. Millions of souls will heed and embrace the Pope's words and position. As a result, millions will surrender their own soul for all Eternity

That's the bad news.

If there's any good news, millions will also realize that The Vatican had been playing a shell-game with Salvation and The Truth; And know that the Vatican had been an organization that's hid its centuries-long pedophilia and corruption behind The Cross.

Maybe now those millions who realize they've been duped will seek and find true Salvation.

(More bad news -- this Pope THIS Vatican may help collude their co-NWO elites and support ISLAM.)

Finally, the Vatican has been exposed.

I thought his quote came as part of an interview with the atheist journalist friend of his.

Now the Vatican is working overtime. Yes Frank the Hippy Pope at it again.

Here's another good set of vids:

More Easter ecumenism!

I thought the video packed a fair amount into a short format but the Mormons should have had navy blue ties and trousers, not black. The short fat missionary is a bit much as young Mormons are generally better physical specimens.

The Mormons were none too happy.:-)

You do have to wonder how they think they still have any secrets at this late date. I suspect they work to avoid all the exposes of Mormonism that are so widely available. They still have to have a reckoning, as the Scientologists or JWs, with reality and the fact that the public knows a lot about their formerly secret doctrines and practices.

Yes, the "Pope's" quote was conspicuously and symbolically messaged from...an Atheist of ALL people. Are people finally getting IT??

But that's how the Pope usually rolls, doesn't he? Pope-Dude says something totally outrageous and un-Christian THROUGH A SECOND PARTY. This gives him just enough... Plausible Deniability.

Another transparent trick played upon the public is the usual, "But...but...what the Pope said was taken out of context." (Reminds me of Roger Clemens on Andy Pettitte's roid testimony: "Andy must have mis-remembered.")

Btw, yes, another good couple of vids. OUCH.

A Happy Easter to all...

My thoughts as well. He sends a message through a non religious source and then relies on his pressers to clean up the mess. Duplicitous.

Yup. Pope-Dude engages in obvious duplicity while seemingly using non-religious sources to poke fingers in the eyes not only to RCCs but as well as anyone who calls themselves "Christian." The message is overtly non-Christian AND non-Biblical.

If you also notice, his statements keep on getting ever more absurd and heretic. These are messes that can't be cleaned up.

The correlation between this "Pope" and 0bama as antithtical of their respective position of power (as well as the way they both go out of their way to eye-poke) can't be a coincidence (if you ask me.)

Around here, the Mormons stopped knocking some years back. I suppose they finally realized it's counterproductive over the long term. The JWs try to capitalize on the Mormon absence, I think.

I feel kinda sorry for them, knowing how their cult HQ manipulates them.

I was a little suspicious when they suddenly showed up not long after my mother passed away. I thought they were using obituary listings as a knock list to try to grab recruits among those who recently lost a loved one. They like to prey on older people who are sick or who lost a family member, I think.

I used to work for an atheist in the 90's. Big liberal who named his cat Hillary. Or his stupid wife did. Anyhow we were working on "the alamo". His fathers dentists office as well as some apartments. Some Jehovas witnesses came by when we were working. I let them in and told them he was in X room. He wasn't happy about it and told me to never do that again. I thought it was funny. They did ask for the owner of the property.

Mormons still active in my area which some call the belt buckle of the Bible belt.

The show up in the neighborhood in a white van (no bikes) dismount and canvass the neighborhood. They went to every house but mine. I think it had something to do with me out front hitting tennis balls to my Yellow Lab. Big Louisville Slugger probably turned them off.

The Mormons are tech-savvy overall. I've suspected that they work from curated address lists.

You may have had some doctrinal conversation in the past with Mormon missionaries and they now have a record to steer their sales staff in the field away from your door. Some years back, a friend of mine was getting regular visits from them, including giving him a Book of Mormon. One day I happened to catch them there and had many many questions for them to answer. After that, they didn't ever darken his door again.

I think Mormons are looking for easy fishing. They don't ever want to get into doctrinal discussions or any discussion about the history of Mormonism. It doesn't take much to scare them off and keep them away. They're only looking for the low-hanging fruit: sick elderly people who spend a lot of time alone or homebound or people who are alone after losing a spouse. They know that these are their best targets for proselytizing. It is, after all, a sales job.

I think the door-to-door thing is also kinda over. The days of the Fuller Brush man and the encyclopedia salesman and the Avon lady are largely past.

When we were first married, my wife was at home with our newborn daughter when I noticed she seemed a bit depressed and had started talking about religion, (she had previously been fairly agnostic, like me)..

Sure enough, I came home early one day, and she was talking to a Jehovas witness lady. -- This woman had been coming by almost every day, and my wife was too polite to turn her away.

I'm not, and as she left, out on the driveway, I gently told her to not come back.

We were married for 51 years and never argued about religion. Everything else, - - you bet..

I'd thought so too...

But not according to Red.

I haven't seen a JW or Mormon in a good ten years.

And though few were overly big fans of door to door salesmen, that's the way the times were -- we almost forget. And they weren't all that bad nor...feared.

When I was a kid, I distinctly recall the door-to-door salesman who'd manage to sell something different every few weeks. And we knew him by name.

We had our utility-sales-guy "Harry", encyclopedia sales, Avon, and others. They were especially convenient for stay at home moms who didn't drive (before society and the economy demanded they work.)

Sure we did, especially when our kids started asking about it. --- We even encouraged their interest when friends got them interested. -- Never took though. They remain non-religious.

My wife died 4 years ago. She was raised as a Protestant, I as a RC..

That exact thing happened to me once.

I came home in the middle of the day and there was a suit at my front door. --- Then I realized there was another at the back.

Turned out they were fed agents, serving me with a summons to appear in court.. - One of my former customers was in serious trouble...
