Satans Mark/Cashless Title: Vatican Refuses to Disavow Pope’s Alleged Denial of Hell In reaction to reports that Pope Francis has denied the existence of hell, the Vatican has released a carefully worded statement that does not refute the substance of the claims. “The Holy Father Francis recently received the founder of the newspaper La Repubblica in a private meeting for the occasion of Easter, without giving him an interview,” the unsigned March 29 Vatican statement begins. “What is reported by the author in today’s article is the result of his reconstruction, in which the pope’s exact words are not cited. No quotation of the aforementioned article must therefore be considered as a faithful transcription of the Holy Father’s words,” the statement concludes. In other words, the Vatican denies that the article contains a faithful transcription of the pope’s “exact words” without taking issue with the basic content of the conversation. What is interesting is what is not said. The statement does not say that the author’s reconstruction of the conversation is erroneous, and nor does it deny that the pope said that hell does not exist. The media saga began on Wednesday, when La Repubblica printed an article saying that the pope had expressly denied the existence of hell and the immortality of the human soul in a recent conversation with his longtime friend, Eugenio Scalfari, founder of the newspaper. The informal interview between the pope and Scalfari carried the headline: “The Pope: ‘It is an honor to be called a revolutionary.’” Scalfari, an atheist, reportedly asked the pope about his theories regarding creation and eternal life. “Your Holiness, in our previous meeting you told me that our species will disappear in a certain moment and that God, still out of his creative force, will create new species. You have never spoken to me about the souls who died in sin and will go to hell to suffer for eternity. You have, however, spoken to me of good souls, admitted to the contemplation of God. But what about bad souls? Where are they punished?” the paper reports. In response, Pope Francis is quoted as denying hell, in what the Vatican statement has referred to as a “reconstruction” of the conversation between the two men. “They are not punished. Those who repent obtain God’s forgiveness and enter the rank of the souls who contemplate him, but those who do not repent, and cannot therefore be forgiven, disappear. There is no hell, there is the disappearance of sinful souls,” the pope is reported as saying. Poster Comment: No "HELL"?? Those who don't repent just..."disappear"?? According to WHAT authority? The Pope again masquerading AS "Pope". This guy is no more a Christian than Richard Dawkins. “The Pope: ‘It is an honor to be called a revolutionary.’” This "Pope" is an antichrist. The Devil is the author of confusion. And that is exactly what this Commie-Atheist Pope is up to. IS it possible the Pope is demon-possessed?? The pro-pedophile Vatican is now exposed for what it's always been: 666-Central, The Beast. It cannot be defended. Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest This "Pope" is an antichrist. I was just about to post a similar story - for sure he is an antichrist, not the "Anti-Christ". He's a false prophet who with this latest blasphemous statement will deliberately lead millions to ignore the reality of hell. “Truth is treason in the empire of lies.†- Ron Paul![]() Those who most loudly denounce Fake News are typically those most aggressively disseminating it.#2. To: TooConservative, Vicomte13, redleghunter, All (#0) Ann Barnardt, the Catholic's Catholic (until recently) has a fascinating take on this: https://www.barnhardt.biz/ Ann's theory in that she believes THIS Pope is NOT officially and legally the Pope. And claims this Pope is shilling for....SATAN. And I think she's hit the nail on the head with THIS statement: ...Finally, remember that Antipope Bergoglio’s denials of hell are also by ONE LOGICAL STEP a denial of the Divinity of Christ.
Antipope Bergoglio has denied the existence of hell and preached the lie of soul annihilation before today. But consider the spite that he has to have for Jesus Christ and His Holy Church to make sure that this latest salvo gets published just as the Triduum begins. Top headline on Drudge for HOURS.
#3. To: Deckard (#1) I was just about to post a similar story - for sure he is an antichrist, not the "Anti-Christ". Yeah, it's YUGE story. Getting underplayed. Right, the distinction of THE antichrist is not the same as what he represents as "AN antichrist". He's a false prophet who with this latest blasphemous statement will deliberately lead millions to ignore the reality of hell. THAT is exactly what makes this extremely sad news. This Pope is a mass murderer of millions of potential souls.
#4. To: Deckard (#1) Check out Ann Barnardt's reaction. very interesting.
#5. To: Liberator (#3) This Pope is a mass murderer of millions of potential souls. The sad part is that most Romanists take any pronouncement from the Pope as equal to the Word of God. “Truth is treason in the empire of lies.†- Ron Paul![]() Those who most loudly denounce Fake News are typically those most aggressively disseminating it.#6. To: Deckard (#5) The sad part is that most Romanists take any pronouncement from the Pope as equal to the Word of God. Yes. And we know what that means: Fake Pope Begoglio is converting these traditional by-the-book Romanists into Atheists or pseudo-Christian Cultists. He is doing the Devil's Work and Recruitment. RIGHT FROM THE VATICAN. With nary an objection.
#7. To: Liberator (#0) (Edited) Turdworlders fvck up everything they touch. The Vatican is no exception.
#8. To: Deckard (#5) The sad part is that most Romanists take any pronouncement from the Pope as equal to the Word of God. Not really. Popes, like bishops and priests, have their own private religious opinions. Unless the pope actually promulgates something as official Roman doctrine, the average Catholic doesn't care that much what his private opinions are or how he governs the Vatican generally.
#9. To: Liberator (#0) (Edited) I disagree with what the Pope is said to have said on this, based on my belief that what is recorded in the Gospels is what Jesus really said and meant. Souls that die in unforgiven sin descend into Gehenna, where they remain until the last penny of debt for the sin in paid, or the end of the world. When the end of the world comes, all spirits of the dead are reunited with bodies - this is the resurrection. A spirit in a body is a "soul". Then, all souls are judged. Those that pass, proceed into the City of God, which will have come down from the heavens. Those who fail are thrown bodily into the Lake of Fire, where they are burnt up in the second death. Now, the second death COULD involve the utter extinction of the spirit along with the complete destruction of the body: all burnt up, gone. Or it could be a description of endless frying in the fire. I personally thing that complete destruction and annihilation of the soul - body and spirit both - are what the text SAYS, so that's what I think is the case. The Pope seems to have gotten there, but without judgment, and without Gehenna. Because God is, and Jesus' imprint is miraculously on the Shroud, I think that my understanding of the final disposition of souls is better than the Pope's, on this particular matter - that is IF the Pope really said what is attributed to him (which I rather doubt).
#10. To: Liberator (#0) No "HELL"?? Those who don't repent just..."disappear"?? Give it up. He became Pope after being elected by the College of Cardinals. They have known him for decades and knew what they were voting for. No,I don't understand why they are "breaking up the band" either, but it was obviously their choice to do so or he wouldn't be the Pope. This stuff doesn't happen by accident. In the entire history of the world, the only nations that had to build walls to keep their own citizens from leaving were those with leftist governments. #11. To: Deckard (#1) This "Pope" is an antichrist. I don't know why I thought you would be rational instead of superstitious, but I did. So it did come as a surprise to me that a conspiracy freak like you would be a devout Catholic. Think maybe DE DEBBIL is behind this? In the entire history of the world, the only nations that had to build walls to keep their own citizens from leaving were those with leftist governments. #12. To: Liberator (#2) Ann's theory in that she believes THIS Pope is NOT officially and legally the Pope. And claims this Pope is shilling for....SATAN. HITS A CONSPIRACY! DE DEBILL DONE DID HIT! In the entire history of the world, the only nations that had to build walls to keep their own citizens from leaving were those with leftist governments. #13. To: Liberator (#0) This phony commie pope will find all about hell when he departs this veil of tears. Liberals are like Slinkys. They're good for nothing, but somehow they bring a smile to your face as you shove them down the stairs. #14. To: IbJensen (#13) This phony commie pope will find all about hell when he departs this veil of tears. And so will his comrades and co-demonic saboteurs within the walls of the Vatican.
