The victim contacted police alleging the 6-year-old boy threatened them using hand signals at Newport Elementary School. Authorities did not reveal whether the victim was a student or staff member. Recognizing early signs of violence in kids is important in tempering violence and preventing murders. Yes, hondo....even among 6-year-olds. I've seen and heard of lots of hand gestures that mean different things - see signing for deaf people. I'm still trying to imagine what "violent hand gestures" are...
