There's more to this story. I thought it was familiar.
The black guy was an ex-con on parole after a murder charge. He went back to prison after attacking the old Viet vet. Got his ass kicked because he was so ignorant and belligerent and ended up back in prison. Good.

You must be on somebody's watch list,because that has never happened with me on youtube.
Because you're signed in and stay signed in with Google/YouTube. Otherwise it would be asking you to sign in to verify your age.
If you go to YouTube, look at the upper-right corner. You'll see one of two things:
- In red letters, the words "SIGN IN"
- A circle with the first letter of your Google account. Click it and you'll see your user ID and have links for stuff like signing off and such.
You'll find that you are signed in.
