Mexican Invasion Title: Trump ad: Democrats “complicit for every murder committed by illegal immigrants.” A new ad popped up from President Trump’s re-election campaign Saturday that claps back hard against the Democrats’ insistence on dragging DACA and illegal immigration reform into the spending bill which currently has the government shut down. See Also: Texts between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page: AG Lynch knew how the Clinton email case would end “Build the wall. Deport criminals. Stop illegal immigration now. Democrats who stand in our way will be complicit in every murder committed by illegal immigrants,” says the ad by Donald J. Trump for President. As reported in the Washington Times, Trump uses the recent trial of an illegal alien convicted of murder and only regretful that he wasn’t able to kill more innocent people. During his trial last week in Sacramento Superior Court, Bracamontes heckled witnesses and hurled racial epithets, declaring in court that “the only thing that I f***ing regret is that I f***ing just killed two,” as shown video posted by the Sacramento Bee. “I wish I f***ing killed more of those motherf***ers,” said Mr. Bracamontes during Tuesday’s proceedings.” Did you expect anything less from Donald Trump? The guy based a whole presidential campaign on strict enforcement of immigration law, building a wall on America’s southern border and striking back twice as hard at criticism from opponents. This is classic Trump. All of this ginned up drama was completely avoidable. Democrats are scrambling to fight the economic successes of the first year of the Trump administration and now they have forced a limited government shutdown on the backs of DACA recipients. They thought that inserting immigration reform into a spending bill was the way to go for scoring political points. Their worst nightmare is for a Republican president to sign an immigration reform bill. While Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) claims that Trump and Republicans want to “end legal immigration”, as he did on ABC’s This Week Sunday morning, Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus Mark Meadows (R-NC) countered with calling it the “amnesty shutdown”. Eventually cooler heads will prevail. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), one of the four Republican senators who voted against the bill, floated an idea on CNN’s State of the Union. He suggests offering one week of debate in both the Senate and the House sometime before the March 5 DACA deadline. Senator Durbin (D-IL), demands “guaranteed passage” of a bill, claims Senator Paul. In the meantime, we are now into day two of the shutdown and both sides continue to dig in. “Everyone’s dug in. No movement at all from either side,” said a Democratic aide. Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest I bet Trump just loves throwing some gasoline on the fire with this ad. Not as much as the Democrats loved it when they ran that ad showing Republicans shoving a wheelchair-bound granny off a cliff. At least Trump's claim is credible.
#2. To: misterwhite, Vicomte13 (#1) (Edited) Maybe this falls into the "At Least He Fights" category. Trump does relish dishing it out. Notice the "Paid for by Donald J. Trump, Inc. Donald Trump approved this message." at the end. That looks like an ad paid for with campaign money. I haven't seen this yet running on Fox News. I wonder what markets they're playing it in or are they just running on YouBoob?
#3. To: Tooconservative (#2) Trump is in win-win territory here. His base will not shed one tear if the DACA deal falls apart and the Dreamers (and their parents) are deported. If 800,000 Dreamers stay but Trump gets his wall, an end to chain migration and an end to the visa lottery, his base will go along. Trump can only lose if he waffles.
#4. To: misterwhite (#3) Trump can only lose if he waffles. I think so. I think he does too.
#5. To: Tooconservative (#0) (Edited) Trump ad: Democrats “complicit for every murder committed by illegal immigrants.” I've come to believe that for a long time. The invasion we've been getting constitutes a de facto large scale guerilla army once they arrive rationalizing their actions with left wing slogans about its necessity to produce social and economic equality.

#7. To: rlk (#5) It's gotta be driving the Dems nuts that Trump is running that ad. Especially those Red state Dem senators. Even though 5 of them did vote for the proposed bill. They're already very afraid of ads like that and for good reason.
#8. To: Tooconservative (#0) What about their (D)onors - are they complicit too? www.opensecrets.org/donor...results?name=Ivanka+Trump
#9. To: VxH (#8) (Edited) www.opensecrets.org/donor...results?name=Ivanka+Trump The Trumps were Dem donors for years. Trump did not register Republican until 2009 (though he claims he did vote for the Stain in 2008). Melania registered Republican as soon as she got naturalized, around 2006. She was the first Trump Republican. You'll recall that only one of Trump's sons was registered in time to vote for him in the NY primary. Ivanka and the other son couldn't vote because they hadn't changed their registration soon enough (it takes like a year to make a party change effective in NY). I don't think Trump voters care so much what they did then. They care about what they do now. Ronald Reagan was elected prez as a pro-life prez. But he did sign the landmark abortion rights bill in California as governor as well, years before Roe v. Wade in 1973.

IMO, "Leadership" doesn't want any embarrassing debate or votes that might reveal the full extent of their depravity. Work out a backroom deal to raise the debt ceiling, borrow, spend, keep open borders, with a global spy grid to protect the guilty, and blame it on the other wing of the party. This is the bi-partisan plan that will pass, no need to even read it. You've got to vote for it, to see what's in it! ![]() #11. The rest of the GOP is salivating at the defense budget and worried about fall elections and how to try to buy Granny's vote.
