What difference does it make WHAT you call it? And in what respects is drug addiction different than a disease? People give themselves heart disease,diabetes,blood poisoning,AIDS,etc,etc,etc all the time,and THEY are diseases. In the entire history of the world,the only nations that had to build walls to keep their own citizens from leaving were those with leftist governments.
The government you kneel to says otherwise. All of their official pronouncements are gospel to you, aren't they? But you posted a youtube video of some guy in a car. Yeah - I guess he would be considered an expert to you. Addiction is a chronic disease characterized by drug seeking and use that is compulsive, or difficult to control, despite harmful consequences. Treatment plans need to be reviewed often and modified to fit the patient’s changing needs. In what respects is it different than alcoholism?
