To: IbJensen (#0) (Edited) I think there is another reason why Muslims in Australia are silent, many may not yet be citizens and so will do nothing to jeopardise their eventual application. We fully expect that those who can vote will vote no on religious grounds, they will join many christians, but this is a secular country. Also Muslims have bigger community issues, like getting construction of mosques approved, they don't want to anger the political activists in the community and they don't want other debates like ban the burqa to start up. We have had some terrorists events here and muslims have their head down at the moment

In the middle east it is simple you have Daesh and so on in other places. However you cannot just designate a whole population a predator. In the Philippines there is open season another form of predator without much real success
