I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. It could be along the lines of a child will be born to a couple in Tulsa who are there to pay their taxes. (A bright Venus/Star in the East will appear over the Tulsa area around high noon very much like Venus appeared over Bethlahem when Jesus was born.
