Loretta Lynch Let RUSSIAN SPY Lawyer Into Country For "Extraordinary Circumstances"; McCain Sent Aide to Europe to Collect RUSSIAN Opposition Research on Trump

BTW, word out on social media is that those "extraordinary circumstances" were just her work for her client, and word further has it that that client (her law firm) is associated with Fusion GPS.

More on that later.
The Russian lawyer who penetrated Donald Trump’s inner circle was initially cleared into the United States by the Justice Department under “extraordinary circumstances” before she embarked on a lobbying campaign last year that ensnared the president’s eldest son, members of Congress, journalists and State Department officials, according to court and Justice Department documents and interviews.

She also met with various congressional aides and congressmen (current and former) in lobbying to get the Magnitsky Act repealed:
She also engaged in a pro-Russia lobbying campaign and attended an event at the Newseum in Washington, D.C., where Russian supporters showed a movie that challenged the underpinnings of the U.S. human rights law known as the Magnitsky Act, which Russian President Vladimir Putin has reviled and tried to reverse.

The Magnitsky Act imposed financial and other sanctions on Russia for alleged human rights violations connected to the death of a Russian lawyer who claimed to uncover fraud during Putin's reign. Russia retaliated after the law was passed in 2012 by suspending Americans' ability to adopt Russian children.

At least five congressional staffers and State Department officials attended that movie showing, according to a Foreign Agent Registration Act complaint filed with the Justice Department about Veselnitskaya’s efforts.

And Veselnitskaya also attended a dinner with the chairman of the House subcommittee overseeing Russia policy, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) and roughly 20 other guests at a dinner club frequented by Republicans.

Note well: Senator Charles Grassley has repeatedly questioned the FBI about any knowledge it has that Fusion GPS -- the Democrat-affiliated firm that does oppo research and intelligence which prepared the Pee-Pee Party Dossier -- actually works for the Russian Government specifically lobbying to repeal the Magnitsky Act, but, for some reason, the FBI continues refusing to answer Grassley.

And of course our Very Good Friend John McCain sought this RUSSIAN oppo dump in order to damage a political rival.
The Guardian charted the path the dirty dossier made from a British intelligence professional to Sen. John McCain and then the FBI McCain, 80, put out a statement Wednesday saying that he was the bureau's source of the controversial dossier The Arizona Republican found out about the dossier's existence while at a meeting in Canada and dispatched an emissary to hunt it down He met an ex-British diplomat in Canada - now identified as Sir Andrew Wood -who in one version of events told him about the file Wood is a former associate of Tony Blair the ex-British prime minister, and admitted talking to McCain He issued a nuanced statement saying he did not give McCain the dossier and had 'done nothing wrong' - but he did not deny telling McCain the file existed

A lot of the people claiming it is grossly unethical to receive oppo from a foreign source sure seem to doing a lot of receiving of oppo from foreign sources.

Meanwhile, the Daily Caller News Foundation is exploring the thick-and-thieves relationship between this RUSSIAN lawyer, Democrats, and Fusion GPS. First, in the story above, I mentioned a former Democrat Congressman attending that Newseum agitprop film screening to repeal the Magnitsky act.

That Democrat is Ron Dellums.
Radical left-wing icon former California Democratic Rep. Ron Dellums was a hired lobbyist for Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer who met with Donald Trump Jr. June 9, 2016, the Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group has learned.

Dellums, who represented liberal San Francisco and Oakland, Calif., is a long-time darling of left-wing political activists. He served 13 terms in Congress as an African-American firebrand and proudly called himself a socialist. He retired in 1996.

The former congressman is one of several high-profile Democratic partisans who was on Veselnitskaya’s payroll, working to defeat a law that is the hated object of a personal vendetta waged by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

...

According to a complaint filed to the Department of Justice Foreign Agents Registration Act division last July, Dellums failed to register as a foreign agent representing a Russian-driven effort led by Veselnitskaya to repeal the Magnitsky Act.

The Magnitsky Act was passed after a Russian, Magnitsky, reporting having been swindled by a Russian organization. He informed the proper authorities. The swindlers weren't investigated. Rather, Magnitsky was murdered.

That organization was Prevezon.
Prevezon was owned by Denis Katsyv who, along with Veselnitskaya, created the Human Rights Accountability Global Initiative Foundation in the U.S. The foundation was designed to repeal the Magnitsky Act using a lobbying team that included Dellums.

...

Glenn Simpson, founder of Fusion GPS, also joined the Russian lawyer and “worked with her on a legal case for years,” according to The Washington Post.

Fusion GPS is the firm that reportedly commissioned a phony “dossier” authored by former British spy Christopher Steele that alleged salacious and largely erroneous charges about President Donald Trump.

And Lynch let this RUSSIAN lawyer with "ties to the Kremlin" into the country, despite the fact that her request to enter was irregular, citing "extraordinary circumstances" -- which turned out to be the extraordinary circumstances that she wanted to continue wooing politicians about the Magnitsky Act.

Note that while Democrats actually attend Newseum events voluntarily to agitate against the Act, she had to resort to deception to get a meeting with Trump Jr. -- she had to bait-and-switch him to give him her schpiel.

Instapundit retweeted this, saying "He's not wrong:"
I believe @joshtpm made a key point about Trump yesterday. It’s not so much he thinks he’s clean as it is he thinks everyone is dirty.— Dan Kennedy (@dankennedy_nu) July 13, 2017

I agree. I think what we are viewing here is a little conspiracy of hypocrites and prudes, shrieking they'd never do something Immoral while their whores and bagman sneak out the back door.

For years, American political operatives (usually Democrats) have gone over to foreign countries to help get socialists elected. Am I really supposed to believe there are no reciprocal back-channel exchanges going on, where grateful foreigners report to Democrat operatives what their spy services have dug up on Republicans?

I'm tired of pretending, and I'm tired of the Adult Children who seem to delight in pretending.

Her parole expired January 2016. It is not yet explained what lawful authority she had to be in the country at the time of the meeting.

She was not registered as a foreign agent to represent any foreign government.

Sen. Grassley is investigating.

It looks like there may be an aw shit moment in here somewhere.

The parole was granted because she was denied a regular visa as I understand it. And lots of people do overstay their visas here, millions of people have. So maybe that doesn't surprise me so much even though you would think that connected people from hostile regimes (Russia, China, Iran, NKorea) would be tracked closely and deported for overstays.

She was not registered as a foreign agent to represent any foreign government.

Neither was Manafort. I think there is a lot more unregistered lobbying going on than we will ever hear about. It's just another way for foreigners to float money and privileges into D.C. to buy off congresscritters and bureaucrats.

Sen. Grassley is investigating.

Grassley has always impressed me, perhaps now more than ever as he pursues multiple lines of inquiry.

Correct. The known parole was granted for a specific legal case she was involved with, not the Trump Tower meeting. However, that parole expired months before the meeting with Donald Jr.

Yes. I've been trying to construct my own Theory Of Everything to account for all the actions of these different entities, their motives, their methods.

That AoS article covers a lot of it but there are many more elements too.

The Pee Party Theory Of Everything
or: There Are No Coincidences

  1. A Hillary donor pays Fusion GPS to hire the Brit ex-spy to compile an anti-Trump dossier despite his having been inactive in espionage for decades. The founder of Fusion GPS is an ex-employee of the Russian lady lawyer.
  2. The dossier is produced with Ukrainian collusion and some antique Russian sources by the ex-Brit spy. It includes the Pee Party allegations, the supposed financing of Trump empire by Russian banks, and the lie about Trump lawyer Michael Cohen meeting with Russians in Prague (since disproven).
  3. The Ukrainians continue to try to circulate more anti-Trump rumors on their own and in coordination with Hitlery's campaign.
  4. The Russian lady lawyer overstays her parole and uses her time to lobby against the Magnitsky Act, in line with Russian policy. She likely continues to work in concert with the founder of Fusion GPS, her former employee.
  5. The Russian lady lawyer lures Kushner and Trump Junior to a meeting with her to offer them damaging info about Hillary, of which she had none and then just recited the usual Russian pablum about how unfair the Magnitsky Act is.
  6. While there were rumors about the Pee Party dossier, these were mostly avoided by mainstream libmedia like WaPo and Slimes, no matter how many times various Dems and anti-Trump Beltway elements tried to leak them for publication.
  7. Trump wins the 2016 election.
  8. McStain hears of the dossier in January and, his hatred and bile against Trump never stronger, sent an aide to collect the info. Which he then turned over to the FBI to hurt Trump. McCain is also tied strongly to Ukraine due to his warmongering hobby and his former campaign manager, Scheunemann. While the foreign affairs advisor to Republican presidential candidate John McCain, Scheunemann was also a registered foreign agent (lobbyist) for the Republic of Georgia. Scheunemann was also a close associate of Chalabi, the Iraqi who helped lie us into the invasion of Iraq to depose Saddam Hussein. McStain is also connected to Chalabi and has deep ties to his efforts at warmongering in Ukraine.
  9. 0bama, just prior to leaving office, issues a directive that need-to-know rules in the intel community were abolished so that anyone at the agencies could pretty much grab info from NSA. This helped protect the leakers.
  10. The intel community, who kept leaking that Trump wasn't taking his briefing, finally get to brief Trump. At the end of the briefing, Clapper gives an oral summary of the Fusion GPS Pee Party report (based on their own investigation and the dossier supplied by McStain). In the original written report, this was included as an appendix. Trump got a copy of the report which did not include this portion. However, the original report with that appendix was widely circulated among the 0bama appointees to all the various intel agencies.
  11. Having failed to get major libmedia to cover the dossier before, once they could report that Trump had been briefed on the dossier, that gave the "respectable media" enough cover to run with the Russian dossier story which they did. The leaker(s) could now cite that the Pee Party dossier was "real" because it had been included in Clapper's presidential intel briefing.
  12. The continuing dribbling out of info just feeds the media frenzy and the Mueller investigation and the congressional investigations.
  13. Trump becomes distracted trying to defend Trump Junior and Kushner from their naive meeting with the Russia lady lawyer.
  14. Chuck Schumer continues his policy of total obstruction of confirming Trump nominees, in particular the various posts still held by 0bama loyalists in the 17 intel agencies, the source of all these daily anti-Trump leaks. It is now estimated that Trump will not even be able to fill his 400 most important nominees in his first term of office, an unprecedented situation.
  15. The Deep State, the neocons, the Dems, the Beltway minions and bureaucrats, the libmedia all know there is nothing to the rumors. It is a tactic that was designed originally to help defeat Trump but has been adapted to hamper him as president. If you can't defeat Trump and you can't impeach Trump, you need to distract Trump to slow him down or stop him. Or just get him to obey the various D.C. powers that always try to pull the strings of any president.

I think I covered most of the major elements there. It's a conspiracy theory Deckard should love and admire. This is paranoid enough that even Alex Jones would love it. Just remember, it's only paranoid if Alex Jones puts it out. If we have a pet conspiracy theory, it's just an honest quest for Truth.

The Russian lady lawyer lures Kushner and Trump Junior to a meeting with her....

Thus far, the evidence indicates that Goldstone did the luring, and not to a meeting, but to take a meeting. I think it likely that Veselnitskaya was in on it, but it is not a certainty. As a Russian lawyer being paid by Russians to work in the States representing Russian interests, she must have been getting a good paycheck. Operating with a parole, but no visa, I can see where she may have been persuaded to participate in a low-risk venture where all she had to do was offer a pitch against the Magnitsky Act. She did not have to be informed of any nefarious Democrat plans regarding a FISA warrant.

If this ties to Democrats in any way, consider that it was not done to reveal the meeting during the election process. The meeting was not made public until recently. Assuming a successful Democrat dirty trick to have Trump meet with a Russian in Trump Tower, what explains Goldstone and Veselnitskaya and the Dems keeping the secret?

The NYT allegedly had the email chain and was about to release it, spurring DJT Jr. to beat them to the punch. Where did they get it from? The usual anonymous source. "according to confidential government records described to The New York Times."

How many sources are there for this meeting and the email chain? It is an interesting question to ponder.

  • DJT Jr., Kushner, Manafort
  • Goldstone, Veselnitskaya
  • U.S. intel
  • DNC ptb (if it was a Dem sting op)
  • Whoever was the driving force (they got the email)

A hack of the email chain would not reveal what happened at the meeting, or even if it had taken place.

If it was DNC connected, it is unlikely anyone who knew it was DNC connected would leak it.

A never Trumper in intel could could become aware of the email without knowing any back story.

DJT Jr.'s email release was on the 11th.
