OK. When I first saw this, I faulted the driver of the car. Seems obvious. But then I looked again and saw a few mitigating factors.
The two cyclists were going slow, side-by-side on a two lane road where the speed limit had to be at least 55.
Second, this was a no-passing area (double yellow line), meaning there was no way to legally get around them. You had to go their speed -- which was crawling.
Third, at the very beginning of the video, you can see a white truck which did pass by swinging well into the oncoming lane, placing himself in danger by so doing.
Lastly, the second driver, who was having none of this, passed and swung back into his lane a little too quickly.
Who in the f**k did these rude and ignorant cyclists think they were, hogging the road with their antics, with cars stacked up behind them unable to legally pass? Where's the courtesy of moving to the right to allow them to pass?
I must admit I have wanted to run over a few bicyclist(Yes I use to ride all the time) because some of them think they own the damn road. Cyclist can be the biggest asshats on the road. Remind me of little man syndrome.
I kinda wonder if the driver was not paying attention and did not see them until it was too late. You could see the truck had just went around them and the guy behind them may not had noticed them until it was too late.

I'm almost sure it was intentional.
I figure he was the second car in a long line of cars who had been trailing these yahoos for God knows how long. I wonder if car horns were employed.
Finally, the white pickup truck had enough and decided to risk a ticket (and possibly his life) passing in a no passing zone. Even then, the cyclists didn't move over. So the second guy gave them a nudge.
The cyclists are going to kill someone one of these days. Someone will pass and have a head- on collision. Think the cyclists will hang around and tell the authorities about their role?
