EXCLUSIVE: President Trump to Fire Multiple Staff Members for Leaking

One America News was first to report that three White House staffers have been identified for leaking classified information. The President is expected to fire multiple people upon his return from the Middle East and Europe. One America's Chief White House Correspondent Trey Yingst has more from the White House.
Believe it or not I had a megalomaniac brigade commander when I was a battalion operations officer. He wanted to know everything that was going on in his subordinate units from what we were planning (even though we reported such in training schedules 6 weeks out), interpersonal relationships (who is getting along with whomever), and if anyone was bad mouthing the Brigade staff or him.
I had a large staff section with some members previously on Brigade staff. So when my battalion commander (BN CDR) came back from a meeting one day he asked me if I told brigade (BDE) our initial plans as he wanted to break the news to the 'boss' (BDE CDR). Here I am a young Major (MAJ) and I enter the 'politics' of information management and information is power. So my boss says 'you have a leak.' LOL, I did LOL when he said that but he was most serious. Needless to say, the BDE staff was finding out information faster than we could report on personnel status, land, range and ammunition forecasts and most important to the BN XO, the maintenance status of our rocket launchers.
So I had to find 'the leak' and report back to the commander. {of course lost on my BN CDR is that this is information our higher should know and we did report but for some reason the BDE commander wanted to know the info so he could confront the BN Cdrs with the upper hand...total control freak...but I digress}.
Knowing some ways of catching a snitch, I proceeded. My Ops NCO told me who came from Brigade staff and I started there. I discretely (through the OPS NCO) fed each of the three conflicting information so minute in detail on the same report. Didn't work. Expanding my chicanery, I had only officers in on a real report after duty hours and it was the sort of info the BDE commander wanted. No dice but I eliminated the officer from suspicion.
Then out of the blue the OPS NCO (good guy) was in my office with the ammo SGT complaining we were getting screwed on red cycle taskings (detail work like training area clean up, flag detail, guard duty, staff duty etc.)
Well, that word got back quick to the BDE as the BDE commander called my commander asking why we were complaining about red cycle detail. Flash to bang was two hours. We had our snitch the ammo sergeant who used to be a platoon sergeant under the BDE cdr when he was a battery commander. LOL. Needless to say our Command Sergeant Major (CSM) took care of the careless NCO and there was harmony once again.:)
Moral of the story? Planned operations to catch a snitch usually does not work. Catching one usually happens with day to day operations.

Okay. But OAN says they already have three leakers.
It's not comparable to your story. If you turn DOJ's hounds loose on them, you'll find at least that many more as they rat out their snitch network and it begins to collapse.
Beyond that, it is entirely inappropriate for Trump to have any involvement if you intend to prosecute. This is Jeff Sessions' job, not Trump's.
Ideally, FBI agents or DOJ investigators or a U.S. attorney should confront each with the evidence against them, they should be forced to resign and then catch them in coverup lies and send them to a real federal prison (no Club Feds) for at least 5-10 years.
Sessions needs to send a very tough message or these leaks will never stop. They could get much worse.
