Very interesting way to funnel in finances to the banking industry,put your home back on the roulette wheel. I wonder if Obama would do the same if he was living on unemployment checks issued by the government,at a portion of what you were making when you had a job. VIVA LA FRANCE!
Refinancing might be a good option for many folks. Unfortunately, it is an option that applies to the few rather than the many.
My view would be if you have the abiltiy to repay on your mortgage a second time,you really don't need it. The logic being , the privelaged few helping the many. I agree somewhat,but it's a slippery slope to socialism ,or even worse communism. "I say bring this wall down!". Heres to the future,hope our leaders regroup.
