No, he'll do it by executive decision or by backing his surrogate Hillary and her supporters in her continuing campaign to overthrow the election and win the presidency.

It was Obama's prior executive decisions that were in front of the court. -- Obama was asking for deferred action on the "Dreamers" -- 750,000 illegal children brought into the U.S. by their illegal parents, saying that we shouldn't hold children responsible for the actions of their parents. -- Second, Obama asked for deferred action on the 5 million illegal parents of children born here (ergo, citizens), saying that we shouldn't separate the parents from their children. I say keep the families together. Deport them all.

Obama, and Hillary, can find and create endless humanistic reasons to do subversive tasks they intend to do. Similarly, they can sell any attempt at correcting a problem as being an offense against feelings of humanism. Their intention is to destroy this nation by overwhelming it with an influx of hostile and often Guerilla imigrants. These immigrants are people who are genetic primitives from a humaniod resembling strain, now called refugees, that have done nothing significant with their own lands for thousands of years. They are looking to feed off the decaying corpse of this nation.

So now they need to import millions of freeloaders who depend on them and will vote to keep them in power. If we can keep them out -- and deport those who are here -- we're on the road to taking the government, and our country, back.

The combined number of freaks, weirdos, militants, terrorists, and misfits is now high enough in this country that appealing and representing them offers a opportunity to obtain a nearly eternal political position of power and authority.
