Don’t worry, Donald Trump seems pretty miserable about the election result too NOVEMBER 15, 20168:11PM VideoImage 0:00 / 0:00 President Obama Details Transition in Press Conference news.com.au Email a friend DEPRESSED about the result of the US election? Don’t worry, you’re not alone. The misery is written all over President-elect Donald Trump’s face. A few months ago, filmmaker Michael Moore claimed Mr Trump didn’t actually want to win the election. Today we learnt he expected his presidential campaign to be over by October ... of last year. While only one person knows how Mr Trump truly feels about becoming president — Mr Trump himself — his recent demeanour suggests he isn’t all that keen on the idea. Picture: Getty/AFPSource:AFP Just think. All that responsibility. All those early mornings. All that time spent away from Trump Tower, talking to dull people about dull things. Nobody in their right mind would actually want to do this job, and Mr Trump is going to be stuck in the Oval Office for four loooooong years. He had to spend just a handful of minutes in that famous room the other day, and he looked like a man who was reconsidering all his life choices. Why is this so boring? House Speaker Paul Ryan. If there’s one thing these men have in common, apart from the power to block Mr Trump’s entire legislative agenda, it’s an unnaturally strong talent for boring people to death. The president-elect discovered this, to his great distress.
Poster Comment: If you don't aspire to high office, don't run or in other words be careful what you wish for It seems Don has fallen foul of the Chinese curse, to live in interesting times. Now I could be sorry for him but having to put up with the B/S for mare than a year is just too much. He's depressed, so am I, depressed at the thought there might be more of this circus Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest Begin Trace Mode for Comment # 8. Similarly exactly eight years ago libs were giddy about the 2008 election not being able to wait till Obama took office, and I used to point out the fun ends that day, especially for Obama (his supporters had a few more months to fantasize) A bunch of unrealistic campaign promises that wont be kept A way more complex and difficult set of situations than portrayed during the campaign A resentful opposition party who wants revenge.(and Obama had a huge party majority)
Much like libs in 2008, enjoy the fantasies now

#5. To: TrappedInMd (#4) "Four years ?? Try two years." Perhaps you misunderstood. I was trying to be nice. I plan on making you eat your words.
#6. To: misterwhite (#5) Perhaps you misunderstood. I was trying to be nice. I plan on making you eat your words. I was saying why wait four years? The Obamacare repeal. We can watch that one first.
#8. To: TrappedInMd (#6) "The Obamacare repeal. We can watch that one first." That's not going to be repealed until there is legislation to replace it. Trump's been saying that in the campaign and said it again on 60 minutes two days ago. His other two top prioriries are immigration and taxes. He never said which one of the three would be "first", so it's unair of you to set his agenda for him.

Unfair for you that there is a google Trump on Nov 1 2016: ""When we win on Nov. 8, and elect a Republican Congress, we will be able to immediately repeal and replace Obamacare," he said. We have to do it. I will ask Congress to convene a special session so we can repeal and replace,..." Trump Promises Special Congressional Session to End Obamacare-Newsmax Immediately is NOT in 4 years!
#11. To: misterwhite (#8) He never said which one of the three would be "first", you need to think which is easiest, or which has legislation already in place he just has to assent to. He can start on the "wall" immediately, start on deportation of "criminals" immediately and the DNC will be open to reducing tax, but health will take time. He can negotiate with Putin but he needs Congress
