When readers first sent this to us we thought, no way, not even Obama would be this lawless. But we were wrong. They lie at every turn. And now they are calling on illegal aliens to vote. 
Barack Obama openly called on illegal aliens to vote in Tuesday’s election.
This whole administration is lawless!
They lied to get Obamacare passed.
They lied about Benghazi.
They lied about Hillary’s private server and emails.

He does not make it clear. "Latino Citizens" can mean whatever he wants it to mean.

The interviewer was asking about Latino citizens with family members / persons living at the same address, who are undocumented, and the fear that the INS or some other government agency might investigate.... Actually it means "Citizens" who are of Latino heritage.... It's two words and those two words used together have only one meaning.
