politics and politicians Title: If your state's in play, vote Trump (hold your nose if it helps) - if not, consider the Constitution Party Living in deep-blue Illinois, I have the luxury of voting for a candidate whose platform I wholeheartedly support without making Hitlery's win any more likely. That's why I'm voting Constitution Party. Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest #1. To: ConservingFreedom (#0) Living in deep-blue Illinois, I have the luxury of voting for a candidate whose platform I wholeheartedly support without making Hitlery's win any more likely. That's why I'm voting Constitution Party. Conserving Freedom, I support Jesus and his platform, but he ain't on the ballot. Your vote is wasted just like some bum on skid rows brain. Good Job in conserving freedom. Thanks bud. I knew we could count on you. Jill Stein is looking for some good men as well to conserve the earth. When you're done conserving freedom I mean. There are no stains on the pages of tomorrow. #2. To: 2dollarbill (#1) I support Jesus and his platform, but he ain't on the ballot. The Constitution Party is.
Your vote is wasted How is it not wasting my vote to reduce Hitlery's Illinois margin from 700,000 to 699,999? A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #3. To: ConservingFreedom (#2) How is it not wasting my vote to reduce Hitlery's Illinois margin from 700,000 to 699,999? Just vote Trump if you don't want hiterly, is that so hard? 2 party's run this shenanigans, not 3 or 4. At least not yet. It's over if you don't. I hate to repeat a screwball, but you're either with us, or against us. Which is it? I want my vote to count blah blah blah, or do you want it to mean something, like a big middle finger to the global cabal? Or, maybe you like progressivness. Who knows. It's up to you to decide. This, I want to make a statement crap is old news, too late. Do or time now bub. Maybe your grandkids will wonder what the heck you were thinking living in the wasteland of the good ole USA. Glad he made a statement, that sure tastes like pudding to me too! There are no stains on the pages of tomorrow. #4. To: 2dollarbill (#3) I notice you didn't answer my question.
It's over if you don't. It's over if Hitlery wins Illinois by 700,000 but it's not over if she wins by 699,999? A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #5. To: ConservingFreedom (#0) A vote for the Constitution Party is a vote for Hillary Clinton and a vote to complete the destruction of America. If the Constitution Party, or the Tea Party, or the Oath Givers were to supplant the RepubliCRAT Party then a vote for a candidate of that party would be completely safe. A vote for Trump isn't even a choice between poison and poison lite. Those votes were cast for Bush I and Bush II. Liberals are a lot like Slinkys, they're good for nothing but they bring a smile to your face as you shove them down the stairs. #6. To: HomerBohn (#5) A vote for the Constitution Party is a vote for Hillary Clinton Go read up on the Electoral College; whether Hitlery wins Illinois by 700,000 or only 699,999 the assignment of Illinois' electoral votes is exactly the same. A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #7. To: ConservingFreedom (#0) After Trump wins he'll have to face the RINOs in Congress. He'll be much better off having received the votes of 70 million people rather than 50 million.
#8. To: misterwhite (#7) Congresscritters are worried about the votes in their district, not nationwide. A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #9. To: ConservingFreedom (#8) "Congresscritters are worried about the votes in their district, not nationwide." I see. So you're saying it won't stop some RINO congresscritter from voting against an issue put forth by a Republican President who won with 70 or 80 million votes.
#10. To: misterwhite (#9) So you're saying it won't stop some RINO congresscritter from voting against an issue put forth by a Republican President who won with 70 or 80 million votes. Not if he's in a RINO-safe district, no. A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #11. To: ConservingFreedom (#10) "Not if he's in a RINO-safe district, no." WTF kind of argument is that? If the voters throw his ass out, you'll simply say, "Well, looks like it wasn't Rino-safe". Get off the drugs or have some coffee. You're way off today.
#12. To: misterwhite (#11) So you're saying it won't stop some RINO congresscritter from voting against an issue put forth by a Republican President who won with 70 or 80 million votes. Political safety is not (or at least often not) an unknown from one election to the next; a RINO who's won the last several elections by a comfortable margin can feel politically safe regardless of the national vote. Here I thought you were somewhat familiar with politics. A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #13. To: ConservingFreedom (#12) "a RINO who's won the last several elections by a comfortable margin can feel politically safe regardless of the national vote." Sure. If he's in a RINO-safe state. And if he gets thrown out ... then he wasn't in a RINO-safe state. Back atcha. But enough of the back and forth. Give me some examples of anti-Trump, RINO "congresscritters" who will feel politically safe if Trump is elected with 70-80 million votes. Not Mark Kirk. I already sent him an e-mail telling him he lost my vote.
#14. To: misterwhite (#13) Give me some examples of anti-Trump, RINO "congresscritters" who will feel politically safe if Trump is elected with 70-80 million votes. The following GOP U.S. Reps ran unopposed in 2014 and have American Conservative Union voting scores near or below 50%: (name, ACU score)
Not Mark Kirk. I already sent him an e-mail telling him he lost my vote. LMAO! I'm sure he feels much less safe now. A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #15. To: ConservingFreedom (#14) All we can do is watch what happens to those four after Trump is elected. You're saying all four will be reelected in 2018?
#16. To: misterwhite (#15) All we can do is watch what happens to those four after Trump is elected. You're saying all four will be reelected in 2018? I expect so, yes. A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #17. To: misterwhite (#13) "a RINO who's won the last several elections by a comfortable margin can feel politically safe regardless of the national vote." Wrong (I just noticed) - I stated sufficient conditions for RINO-safety. A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. #18. To: 2dollarbill, All (#4) So what happened to 3dollarbill? LF didn't offer the groupthink he craved? A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them.
