Ok I have given this some thought. It is my belief that McCain will pick Romney as his running mate. I got Obamas running mate correct. Lets see if my political observations can go 2 for 2.

Dead wrong on this one. His pick was superior to Romney. Sarah Palin.

This was a surprise to a lot of us. I think his pick though, was the shrewdest, smartest move he could have made.

I have to agree. When I heard him talking about his candidate being a mother etc. I was like uck...She seems like a good woman. Honorable. I hope that I am right on this one. If she becomes Vice President I hope she keeps her "small town" values and perspective.

She was supposedly a Buchanan supporter in 2000.

She going through the "smear" tactics right now. I know all about what her former brother in-law's terrorist behavior, he has a criminal record, he drinks, he threatened to put a bullet in her father, he tasered his step- son...he a freaking loose cannon, rouge cop, any persons worst nightmare. Any family would want their private lives kept that way, but Palin knows this will come out and the other side will milk it for all it's worth, but she'll plow forward, and I hope, ...

kick the shit out of (zero accomplishment)Obama/Biden..

She's beautiful, intellegent, experienced, a mother, homemaker....but when the debates begin, these rats will meet the real "Tiger Lady"....

My thoughts too.

My thoughts too.

So are you voting McCain? Were you a McCain supporter before the selection? Are you more enthused more now that McCain has picked Sarah?

How does agreeing with another poster on a limited subject matter raise questions like that?

Are you somehow able to 'remote view' my distant and as-yet unthought-of thoughts?

DO I appear to be an Obama or Ron Paul supporter?

Juat askin ...

I take you as a GOPer. Am I wrong? I think you will vote McCain if she was on the ticket or not. I asked to confirm my hunch. Let me know if I am wrong..

Look Stone, I can identify a 'shrewd' move (as Murron put it) without liking the man; if Obama had made a similar move I would award him with 'points' for making just as shrewed a move, but he did not.

McCain did instead.

With Palin on the 'ticket' I am MUCH more inclined to vote for a 'McCain' presidency, because, you see, Palin would most likely run in 8, and maybe as little a 4 years (a lot can happen if 4 years; we know not the day nor the hour we leave this life).

I don't think I can vote for McCain. Because of Amnesty, NAFTA, GATT, WAR, and stuff like that. But the Sarah Palin choice, I must admit does make me consider it. But as of now I am voting Baldwin. I know he isn't going to win. I don't want to be responsible for voting for McCain if he wins. I wouldn't want to be responsible for Obama either. I'm already sorry I voted Bush in 2000. I'm proud I voted Peroutka in 2004.

I'm still out on this myself, it's early yet. McCain lost me along time ago, he's been in the senate since 86' and has done squat to slow the flow of illegals into his own state, let alone this country, and I loath him for even thinking of trying to pass the McCain/Feingold Campaign Reform bill.

If it had been left up to me, I'd have left his traitorous sorry ass at the Hanoi, where he lost "ALL" of his rights...speech included.

But who knows, he's 72/3, one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel....anything can happen.

Think "Supreme Court Nominees".

That's what I think about ...

Baldwin (who??!!) is going to go nowhere.
