911 Title: WTC South Tower powered down for 36 hours just days before attack, security deactivated on floors 50 and up, many suspicious workers seen coming and going during blackout
(INTELLIHUB) — A data center worker by the name of Scott Forbes, who was employed in September of 2001 by Fiduciary Trust Company International, whose data center was located on the 97th floor of the South Tower in the World Trade Center complex before it was destroyed on September 11th by “planes”, has come forth with bombshell information regarding strange events that Forbes himself witnessed take place in the days and weeks leading up to the attacks.Forbes said during a radio interview that the company he was employed with at the time, Fiduciary Trust,” and a number of other companies in the tower” were notified just “three weeks in advance […] that there was going to be a power down,” which Forbes said was extremely unusual given the nature, scope, and magnitude of the financial agencies which occupied the tower at the time. In other words, the agencies were not given ample time to prepare for such a power down. “The power down was on the Saturday and Sunday prior to 9/11, so that would have been the 8th and 9th of September,” Forbes said, who has never seen or heard of a similar occasion aside from the original bomb scare in 1993. Forbes said the building was turned over by the New York Port Authority Saturday morning for the power down and was handed back over to the Port Authority some thirty hours later, leaving a massive security gap.
Forbes also said that he witnessed many people who looked like “engineers,” dressed in coveralls, carrying toolboxes and spools of wire who were coming and going during the blackout period. Forbes said he was off work on Tuesday, the day of the attacks, and said that he witnessed the towers crumble into dust from his apartment in the distance, wondering if anything he had unknowingly done in the days prior while working in the South Tower had anything to do with the events of September 11th. Additionally another former employee of Fiduciary Trust, named Gary Corbett, confirmed statements made by Forbes during a 2010 interview on the Reality Report. However, Corbett also pointed out that people who claimed to be part of “guided tours” were making their way into “secured areas” during the power down — areas of Fiduciary Trust that held gold and other valuables for JP Morgan. However, Corbett maintains the power down “started Friday night at the close of business […]” before it was restored at about “4 o’clock Sunday afternoon,” differing slightly from Forbes’ story.
To boot, bomb sniffing dogs were removed from the complex on the Thursday, despite the fact that the complex had been on heightened alert for weeks prior to the attacks, under the orders of U.S. President George W. Bush’s younger brother Marvin Bush who headed up security operations for the WTC at the time. In a 2003 investigative report titled “Bush-Linked Company Handled Security for the WTC, Dulles and United,” Margie Burns explains:
To this day the 9/11 Commission and the New York Port Authority deny the fact that the reported power down took place. The power down is likely one of the key elements being covered up by parties involved along with the actual disappearance of security tapes from the WTC complex. (1 image) Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest The head of security at WTC was former Deputy Director of the FBI John P.O'Neill (where he assisted in the capture of Ramzi Yousef, ,who was the leader of the plot to bomb the WTC in 1993) .His employer on 9-11-01 was Kroll Associates .O'Neill lost his life when the towers came down. So is the contention that all this secret stuff was going on the weekend before the attack without O'Neill's knowlege ? Securacom got an $8.3 million WTC security contract in October 1996 and received about $9.2 million from the WTC job from 1996 to 1998. But in 1998, the company was "excused from the project" because it could not fulfill the work, according to former manager Al Weinstein, and the electronic security work at the WTC was taken over by EJ Electric, a larger contractor. So Securacom was not involved in the WTC at the time of the attack. Marvin Bush was not in Securacom in 2001 . He was elected to the board of directors from 1993 through June 2000. By 9-11-01 had no connection at all. "If you do not take an interest in the affairs of your government, then you are doomed to live under the rule of fools." Plato #2. You realize this is a psychiatric condition. You can't gently dissuade these people with facts. They feel they have a "cause", a "movement", because the Internet has allowed all of them to be in contact and promote their conspiratorial worldview. Thus the Internet enables and enlarges such groups, far beyond they were ever capable of back in the pre-internet era.

To: tomder55, TooConservative (#1) We have at least two verified observers who witnessed the power down at the towers and witnessed many people who looked like “engineers,” dressed in coveralls, carrying toolboxes and spools of wire who were coming and going during the blackout period. Oh hell, never mind - keep clinging to that fully discredited "official" narrative...the government and media would never lie. “Truth is treason in the empire of lies.” - Ron Paul![]() In a Cop Culture, the Bill of Rights Doesn’t Amount to Much Americans who have no experience with, or knowledge of, tyranny believe that only terrorists will experience the unchecked power of the state. New studies: ‘Conspiracy theorists’ sane; government dupes crazy, hostile Perhaps because their supposedly mainstream views no longer represent the majority, the anti-conspiracy commenters often displayed anger and hostility: “The research… showed that people who favoured the official account of 9/11 were generally more hostile when trying to persuade their rivals.”
Additionally, it turned out that the anti-conspiracy people were not only hostile, but fanatically attached to their own conspiracy theories as well. According to them, their own theory of 9/11 – a conspiracy theory holding that 19 Arabs, none of whom could fly planes with any proficiency, pulled off the crime of the century under the direction of a guy on dialysis in a cave in Afghanistan – was indisputably true. I'm sure you find it entirely credible though, no matter how many times their "reporting" has been debunked. They deliberately cater to wingnuts and crazies like you and probably make decent bank off of their exploitation racket.
#10. To: TooConservative (#9) (Edited) crackpot site Attaboy! Sorry it's not "mainstream" enough for you. You water carriers for the MSM are a real hoot. Oh, BTW - the study was published on July 8th by psychologists Michael J. Wood and Karen M. Douglas of the University of Kent (UK). Entitled “What about Building 7? A social psychological study of online discussion of 9/11 conspiracy theories,” the study compared “conspiracist” (pro-conspiracy theory) and “conventionalist” (anti-conspiracy) comments at news websites.
The authors were surprised to discover that it is now more conventional to leave so-called conspiracist comments than conventionalist ones: “Of the 2174 comments collected, 1459 were coded as conspiracist and 715 as conventionalist.” In other words, among people who comment on news articles, those who disbelieve government accounts of such events as 9/11 and the JFK assassination outnumber believers by more than two to one. That means it is the pro-conspiracy commenters who are expressing what is now the conventional wisdom, while the anti-conspiracy commenters are becoming a small, beleaguered minority. In essence, what this is saying is that Official Fairy Tale cultists like you are the real kooks. “Truth is treason in the empire of lies.” - Ron Paul![]() In a Cop Culture, the Bill of Rights Doesn’t Amount to Much Americans who have no experience with, or knowledge of, tyranny believe that only terrorists will experience the unchecked power of the state.
