Donald Trump is all smiles as he speaks about the results of the Michigan and Mississippi primary elections during a conference at Trump National Golf Club. WASHINGTON — Donald Trump scored decisive victories in Michigan and Mississippi Tuesday night, delivering a stinging rebuke to well-financed critics trying to block his road to the GOP presidential nomination. Trump easily carried Michigan — a Rust Belt prize that adds to his diverse collection of wins — after a campaign where he vowed to claw back lost US auto jobs from Mexico and Asia. Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who has staked his candidacy on performing well in the Midwest, was fighting for second place with Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. In Mississippi, networks declared Trump the winner within an hour after the polls closed. Trump also won the caucuses in Hawaii. Exit polls showed that nine out of 10 voters in both states were either “dissatisfied” or “angry” with Washington, which Trump has emphasized. Cruz, however, was able to win in Idaho, where he routed Trump by 45-28 percent. The big victories gave Trump a new burst of energy. “Does Trump know how to close? Winning is winning,” Trump said at a press conference at his golf resort in Jupiter, Fla. “I want to thank the special interests and the lobbyists, because they obviously did something to drive these numbers,” he added, taking a shot at rivals and establishment Republicans who have spent millions on ads attacking him. Speaking before a bank of American flags, Trump declared it was time for Republicans to unite. “We should grab each other and unify the party,” he said, hailing House Speaker Paul Ryan and pledging to get along with critics such as Mitt Romney. Trump hauled out samples of a collection of his self-named products — Trump Wine, Trump Water and Trump Steaks — in defiance of those who have questioned his business acumen. “If you want to take one, we’ll charge you about 50 bucks a steak,” he joked with reporters. Florida Sen. Marco Rubio’s weak performance Tuesday night was tough medicine for a candidate who had been the hope of the establishment to upend Trump. Rubio avoided any mention of the primaries in a speech to supporters in his home state of Florida, arguing that he still had a chance in the next round of major contests next Tuesday. Be careful what you wish for. The RNC may just throw in the towel this election cycle and take their organization, their infrastructure, their money and their ballot access and sit this one (presidential election) out.
I stand by it. Take note that the GOPe has worked hand in hand with the demoturds to bring down the USA. You may be happy with that. I and many Americans are not. Ef em!
I stand by it. That's because you really want to see the DRats and socialist left take full, unchecked control of all three branches of government, which is exactly what will happen. I am sure that you will be smiling ear to ear then. And so will your kids and grandkids, especially if they are white and have a few bucks in the bank.

It seems that you really want the DRats to take uncontested control of all three branches of government so that they can dictate their policies unchallenged to all of us for the next few generations. There is on-one or no- thing standing in the wings to stop the DRats if they run the table, absolutely no-one. And if the DRats are successful in controlling SCOTUS there will never be anyone or anything that will stop them.

If you are honest instead of a shill for Hillary you would advocate a revolution that left both the Ds and Rs out in the cold. But you are not honest.
Nature abhors a vacuum, which is why anarchy will never work. That's not going to happen long term. Some other force, party or independent candidates will appear in opposition to your D wing candidates. Your paranoid D world ain't happening, anymore than an R one with unicorns will!
I don't think SOSO is a "D" ... I think he is an Independent. I shall check records.
If it's who I think it is (domer), he once voted for Tom Tancredo when he was running for governor as an Independent. Unfortunately Hickenlooper won. It was a noble effort nonetheless.

Whoever I am shouldn't make a difference to the substance of our dialogue as long as we each are true to who we are and act (and have acted) with honesty and integrity. I have. FTR I changed my party state affiliation registration to Independent a few years ago and haven't supported the CO REP party since except in the local elections for my Congressmen who have been REPs that have been true to their campaign rhetoric and poked their fingers in the eyes of the DC REP establishment to do so. I am fed up with the PTB in the REP Party but realize that if either Trump or the PTB destroys the party this leaves the DRats with totally open and uncontested control of all three Branches of the Federal government. The DRats already have the MSM, public schools and Hollywood in their back pocket. Who will be left to stop them from implementing their socialist secular agenda? If you are cheering the likely demise of the REP party while being content that the DRats will be even more stronger and unified going forward then you just don't get. Either that or you lack honesty and integrity in you postings.
