Someone claims that he pulled a gun and that is why he was shot. When I watched the video, to me, it appeared that he had his hands up, then felt himself where he was shot the first time, then he was shot again. Bob, this nation is one huge pressure cooker!! To: Stoner (#1) "Someone claims that he pulled a gun and that is why he was shot." Nope. He never pulled a gun. He did, however, reach for a gun and that was why he was shot. Afterwards, they found he was carrying a 9mm handgun.

He left the SUV immediately after it stopped, leaving his friends behind, perhaps ensuring they would be out of the line of fire. If he really did put his hands into his jacket, he may have done so expecting it would get him shot. If so, he died by his rules, not those of the police. He took his freedoms seriously, unlike so many others.
