politics and politicians Title: Ted Cruz’s Wife Heidi On Task Force Which Wrote “Building A North American Community” Report Aimed At Abolishing America Currently, Ted Cruz is trying to pose as an aw-shucks country lawyer, despite his elite connections. But the problem is that those connections are out there for all to see. And one of the most troubling is his wife Heidi, a Goldman Sachs investment manager who served on the task force which wrote the report on “Building a North American Community,” a direct attack on American independence. It includes a recommendation to build a European Union style abolition of borders between Mexico and the United States.
There are also demands for a unified “North American border action plan,” a “North American Border Pass,” and “a common security perimeter.” Heidi Cruz specifically endorsed the report and enclosed an addendum. Her added comments have nothing to do with protecting American independence. Instead, she writes:
Translation: Let’s scrap American independence, but you better make sure Goldman Sachs and the other financiers get their cut. Donald Trump’s family is out there campaigning with him. Something tells me we won’t see Heidi Cruz making speeches any time soon. After all, when you are defining yourself as an opponent of #NewYorkValues, you aren’t going to be trumpeting how the most important person in your life literally wants to abolish the country at the direction of the Council on Foreign Relations so Wall Street financiers can make more money. None of this is especially surprising. And it provides a different perspective on Ted Cruz’s claim he’s a “consistent conservative.” After all, American conservatism has consistently failed to conserve anything important over the last few decades. Why should America itself be exempt? #5. To: Deckard (#0) (Edited) This is simply necessary to sustain a higher living standard for the poorest among us—truly the measure of our success. They are not among us. They are another country living with the economic condition that their culture has produced. I don't like the assumption that people can be summarily declared to be among us and we should annex them or they should annex us as a consequence. We are under no obligation to be teary-eyed sympathetic social workers to the third world. The rule should be, you live with what your culture and value system produces. If you don't like what your culture and value system produces, change your culture, don't expect to live off us, no matter how poetically it's expressed. To say and hold to that statement is a measure of our success. To disregard it will be a measure of our failure as adults in the adult world. I have notice for Mr. Cruz. The reason he married his wife is because he shares her thinking, or in this case un-thinking. If I were married to her and she espoused this poppycock, I'd get a divorce because I will not tolerate this kind of trashy mental debilitation as a poisonous abrasive burdon in my home environment. Cruz is a weakling to stay with her. He was a weakling to have become involved with her initially. To hell with both of them. They have declared their mutually agreeable position and now are rattlesnakes ready to bite an unsuspecting electorate if they win office.

#9. To: hondo68 (#3) LoL a different set of crazy people running the country. There will be 4 choices and none of those people above will be it. I believe it will be trump or Cruz on the gop side and Hillary or Bernie on the dim side. Good luck. 50/50 chance or protest vote. I'm voting for ussc and a hope to stop illegal alien invasion.

#12. To: Deckard (#0) There is a reason why Cruz is pilloried by Democrats, Republicans and Trump. If he were truly in the bag for the NWO, or bankers, he would have a smooth ride to the top. There is a reason why Trump is in the news cycle 365 days a year, and we barely hear of Hillarys problems except in the so called conservative blogs and forums. The PTB want nothing to do with Cruz, think they can shake Trump off like a flea, and Hillary or Biden is a shoe-in. Once Cruz is pushed out, it won't matter who wins, most are corrupted in some way, and Trump can be forced out.....JMO

To me, Cruz comes across as a real likeable guy. But his wife is a BIG reason I am leery of him. I will keep my support for Trump. To: Justified (#2) If not Cruz or Trump who? Well, praising Putin seems to be fashionable among "conservatives" these days.
It ain't 1989 anymore. Evidently when The Wall came down, the ability of Americans to differentiate between US and THEM crumbled along with it.
