For the muslim; God is remote, judgemental,advocates violence. for the Christian God is a friend, a person who sacrificed himself who advocated non violence. Don Not sure what you are saying here, those of us who are really switched on to God hear from him, but you have to be listening. It is very easy to have his voice drowned out by all the background noise or even our own wishes. There are some people who think every thought they have comes from God but that isn't so, lots of misled people in the world. Some are misled by religion like the muslim, some are misled by riches, some are misled by fame and very many are misled by political systems
