In what way has the risk increased? The US has issued a world wide travel alert, americans are at risk everywhere which basicly means US citizens should go home to avoid being targetted. Now I wouldn't have thought US citizens were particularly visible where I live, however, target of opportunity. My own government has suggested that there are places its citizens should not go under pain of prosecution but otherwise caution is suggested, France is problematic at the moment because of security measures Click for Full Text!
